Today is Bella's big barrel racing contest. I can't wait to go watch her. She's been looking forward to this day forever. I got on a seat, and the announcer started speaking. I saw Bella getting her horse ready. And then all the cowgirls came cantering around the arena. I saw Bella and Autumn. They looked beautiful. Bella looked so happy. I pulled on my phone and took some pictures for her.
The barrel racing was the last event.
This rodeo was crazy. Bull riding, steers broncs, they've got everything. Soon enough, it was time for the barrel racing. Bella was last up. I watched as she got ready to shoot out of that gate. They blasted out, just making the first turn. The crowd went WILD. I cheered as she did the other two barrels, and almost acres,ed at the top of my lungs and she galloped full speed back home.
"Well that was a clear ride for Bella and Autum!" The announcer said.
Bella ended up getting second place.
