Stress. That's all my life is. Over a week at Chino Hills and all it has been is stress. The mountain of homework, papers due, and projects all in one week is insane. I never imagined it being this bad, but oh I was wrong.
I hadeventually texted Liangelo, purely out of boredom. Mistake on my part? It sure as hell was. So not only did I have the stress of school, I had the stress of explaining I didn't want to have sex with him seemingly every day.
I decide to take a small break from work and text Mason, who has quickly become one of my best friends.
me: hey girlie, wanna go somewhere and do something? bc i have so much schoolwork and i need a good break
mason🌼💚: of course! wanna go hiking? bc i was about to go hiking anyways, and i don't like going alone lol
me: sounds great. come by and pick me up whenever! i'll text you my address
Not too long after I sent the address and I've changed into some leggings and a sports bra, Mason shows up and I run downstairs. Neither of my parents are home, or will be home all week because they're at some sort of an army meeting in upper California, so I lock the door and hop in with Mason.

me: neither did i, let's not talk about it:)
As I send that Mason looks at me and smirks, obviously thinking I'm actually talking to someone I might like.
"Who you talking to?" She asks winking more than she should and I bust out laughing.
"Just a friend from Arizona, nothing too big." I lie. I can't necessarily tell her Liangelo won't stop talking to me right.
"Ah. So I heard you're becoming pretty good friends with Lamelo. Would you ever think about dating him?" She asks and I laugh.
"Possibly. He's super sweet. He's always telling Liangelo to back off when he hits on me. Which I'm thankful for." I say and she smiles.
"Their whole group of friends are all really nice and fun, except for Gelo. Which is what everyone calls Liangelo, by the way." She explains and I nod.
"Got ya. So is miss Mason interested in anyone at the moment?" I ask, looking at her expectantly.
"Yeah. His name is Eli, he's really good friends with Melo and Gelo. We've been talking for a while now, I just don't think he has the courage to ask me out. Which is fine, I completely understand." She says and I smile. "We're still about 15 minutes away from the spot, wanna listen to some music?" She asks and I smile.
"Did you seriously have to ask, of course!" I say and she turns up the radio.
'This Is What You Came For' is the first song to play and we both scream the lyrics this song and many more until we get to the destination.
"This is my favorite spot to go hiking. I love the view. Do you like hiking?" Mason asks and I nod.
"I used to do it everyday in Arizona. We didn't have as much schoolwork there as we do here." I say and Mason laughs. I join in and then we both start the hike.
It's a long hike, and we make some small talk here and there.
"Wanna take some instagram pictures? I need a new one and since your instagram pictures are bomb I want you to take them." Mason says and I smile.
"Not that great but okay. As long as you take me some." I say and she agrees. After about five minutes of taking pictures for the both of us, we go back to hiking. Mason was right, the ciew is gorgeous and the hike was amazing. After it ends we go and get some frozen yogurt as a treat. I use this as an excuse to post my picture.

Not but two minutes after I've posted my picture, Gelo has already texted me.

I leave Liangelo on read and eat my frozen yogurt and begin to make more small talk with Mason.
"So what is Liangelo's big obsession with you? He's been talking about you nonstop according to Eli." Mason says and I shrug.
"It's probably because I won't gove him what he wants. I'm just not that type of girl. Yeah, I've got a tongue piercing, but no I don't have it because I like sucking dick. He thinks that every girl with a tongue piercing has one because they just love sucking people off. Therefore he thinks that's what I want, and I don't." I explain and she nods.
"Sounds about right. Except for the fact he usually doesn't keep going for a girl who denies him of what he wants for over a week. He usually gets rejected twice and then goes to Isabella again. I sure do hate that girl." Mason says, obviously annoyed, and I decide not to press the subject and possibly get Mason mad at me for asking.
After we finish, Mason drops me off at home and I go up to my bedroom and continue my homework. My phone starts vibrating and I look to see a facetime call from Lamelo. I quickly accept and smile when I see him on the phone.
"Damn girl, your instagram picture be fire. Teach me your ways." Lamelo says and I smile brighter.
"I definitely will. What caused you to facetime me though?" I say as I begin to do another trig problem.
"I just wanted to talk to you. Liangelo said you live close. Is that true?" He asks and I nod.
"Sadly, I never saw him but he saw me. You should come over sometime." I say as I move onto my last essay I have to write, which happens to be the easiest.
"Why don't I come over now?" He asks and I laugh.
"Only if you wanna help me with some homework." I say and he smirks.
"Can I be your tutor?" He asks and winks. "I was trying to act sexy, did it work?"
"Not at all. But go ahead and come over, I'll text you my address."
