Caroline's Possessive Mate!

Chapter 9

When Leo told me we were going to a party, I pictured a small get together with some of his pack. But the scene that I was seeing through Leo's car window looked like a scene from "Project X." There was people in the front yard, in the house, and the back yard. The music was crazy loud, there was people pretty much having sex in the yard, and the place was trashed.

"What the hell are we doing here Leo?" I turned to him and he was just sitting there with a excited grin.

"Well this is one of my pack members party, I couldn't miss it." He was so totally excited, while I was sitting there thinking my mate is a idiot.

"Yeah about that, when am I going to meet your pack?" The more I think about it the more I realize how little I know about Leo. I don't know who his parents are, who's in his pack, or anything about his past.

"Your going to meet them soon, but tonight let's just have fun ok?" I nodded and we both got out of the car and started to walk toward the crazy house. The bonfires we have at my house are crazy, but this is beyond any party i've ever been to. Leo's never seen me truly having fun, but tonight I think i'm going to let go and just go crazy.

"Ready?" Leo asked me before we went into the house.

"If anything happens to me tonight I will personally hunt you down and shoot you." I gave him my death look but he just threw his head back and started dying laughing.

"Ohh god come on lil mate, you know i'm not going to let anything happen to you." He grabbed my hand and pulled me close to him.

"You better hope nothing happens to me." I let him pull me into the house and we fought through the people till we reach the kitchen.

"Want a drink?" I nodded my head and reached for one of the red cups and filled it full of some random type of alcohol. If I wanted to have fun tonight and let Leo see the real me I need to get loose and drinking will most definitely help. I drank the whole cup in two drinks and Leo just arched his eyebrow at me. I shrugged my shoulders and filled my cup back up.

"Let's dance, i'm not going to hide in the kitchen all night." I yelled at Leo since you can't really hear anything. Leo pulled me outside to the backyard where there was a DJ set up and people were everywhere dancing. We found a random spot in the middle and started dancing. At first I moved very little, not totally comfortable with Leo being so close, but by the time I finished my drink and reached for another, I was grinding and dancing all over Leo. We were going crazy and the heat between us was raging. I had my body pushed tightly against his and we were rubbing against each other, and we began to pretty much make out right affront of everyone. Right in the middle of one of my fave songs White Trash Party by Eminem, a guy who I couldn't really see came up to Leo and started to talk to him.

"Caroline I would like you to meet the guy whose party were at and one of my best friends, Will." I quickly turned around to see the guy named Will and felt my mouth drop when I realized who he was. 

"Hmm Leo I know your mate really good, but nice seeing you again." I nodded at him and just kept quiet while him and Leo talked. I met Will at a random high school party, during one of mine and Cody's fights. He was there with a huge group of guys and I just couldn't get over how hott he was. By the end of the night me and Will ended up in a bedroom alone and did everything but the major event. I haven't seen him since even though he's texted and called many times. I was totally embarrassed by the way I acted that night and I just couldn't stand seeing him again. Leo told Will that we would meet up with him later, but if I had anything to do with it I won't be talking to him anytime soon, especially after the sneaky grin he kept giving me.

"How do you know Will, Caroline?" Leo whispered in my ear, and I froze up.

"Leo can you go get me another drink please?" He gave me a confused look but went turned to the house anyway. I stood there, leaning against the house while I waited for Leo, when I felt someones hand run down my shoulder. I figured it was Will since I knew it wasn't Leo, but when I turned to look at who it was my whole body went numb. What was the chances that tonight I would run into a guy I had a fling with and a Ex-Boyfriend who completely ruined me for years.
