Caroline's Possessive Mate!

Chapter 24

The ride to dinner was most defiantly a long and tempting drive. The car felt much more small than it actually was, and between Leo's hand constantly rubbing up and down on my leg,  and his scent filling the air I could hardly think of anything else but him. I truly did not understand what was going on with my body, it was like Leo was a drug, and I was the addict. I craved him, his touch, his attention, his everything. Looking over at Leo, my heart filled with pride. Leo was a great leader to the pack, always putting everyone elses needs first. Sometimes he can be a little bit over protective, but honestly that's one of the things I've grown to love about him. 

"I can feel you staring at me Caroline, what are you thinking about?" Even Leo's voice sent warm chills through my body.

" Oh nothing,  just looking at you. Have you ever thought of how far we've came, like as a couple. The first time we met I was completely overwhelmed. I mean here was this super amazingly hott guy, who just happened to be my mate, a very possessive mate I must say. And now here we are. You truly are the perfect mate. I love you Leo, so much." Leo's eyes quickly switched over to meet mine and I gave him a shy smile.

" I love you too Caroline, more than I thought I could love anyone. When we first met I honestly did not know how to act. Here was this unbelievable sexy girl, and I had so many different thoughts going through my head. All I wanted to do was be with you, and protect you. Even the thought of another guy touching you would tick me off, still does, I've just learned how to control it a little bit better now, but don't test me little mate." I giggled, and Leo grabbed my hand and brought it to his lips, leaving a gentle kiss. 

"So are yah going to tell me where we are going, or just continue to leave it as a surprise, because you know how I feel about surprises." I tried to sound grumpy, but that only made Leo laugh. There's nothing better than the sound of his laughter, such a deep melody sound.

" Oh love, we will be there in just a few minutes, don't worry they have the best food around, you'll love it." What Leo did not understand, I have no desire to have food at this moment. All I want is a big ole plate of him. A few minutes passed and Leo pulled into a very fancy restaurant, one of the nicest places I have ever seen. Leo stops the car and walks over to open my door like a perfect gentlemen. I smile up at him and lean into give him a quick kiss.

As soon as my lips met his, hott sparks shock my body. With much control I pull back, knowing if we continue I will never make it to dinner. But as I pull away Leo simply smirks and shakes his head. Grabbing my waist he pulls my body close to his and pushes my back against the car. His lips take over mine, his hands grabbing my arms, pulling them together and holding them above my head. His tongue gently licks my bottom lip, asking for permission which I did not grant. He let out a low growl which traveled into my body, causing me to move even closer into Leo's body. He gently nipped my lip with his teeth, I let out a gasp and he quickly took advantage, plunging his tongue into my wanting mouth. We continued this way, for what felt like an hour. Leo was the one to pull away, and I looked up into his now black eyes. He let my arms go but quickly reached for my hand, placing it into his own. 

" You look utterly irresistible my love, deliciously tempting." His lips tickled my ear as he spoke. We walked toward the restaurant, and Leo held the door open for me.  We were greeted by a man in a tux. 

"Reservations Sir." He asked looking at Leo.

"Yes reservations, for Wilmore." The man nodded and told us to follow him. Walking through the restaurant I looked around at the other people who were sitting at nicely decorated tables, all of who which looked very rich. Women dressed in nice gowns, men dressed in suits. I was defiantly out of my element. The waiter led us to a table in the main back, hidden behind a red curtain. Leo pulled out my chair, and I gently sat down, trying to keep my dress from coming up too high, which Leo took notice to, watching me he let out a low moan. Leo ordered for the both of us, and when the waiter brought us our food my eyes widened. I had never in my life saw such a delicious looking plate of food. 

" Wow Leo, this is a perfect date, this is honestly amazing." Throughout the date I struggled keeping my hormones down. Looking at Leo, all I could think of is the make out session that had taken place before we had come in, my lips still felt a little swollen. Looking up I made eye contact with Leo and saw a flash of something in his eyes, I could tell he felt like I did, or hopefully he did. 

" Caroline I'm going to be honest, it is very hard looking at you across this table and not being able to touch you. I just want to take you home, right now." His voice was deep, almost a growl. I continued to look at him, thinking. I want this, we've waited for awhile now. I love Leo, and I want to be his, and I want him to be mine. 

" Take me home Leo." My voice was not one I was familiar with, sounding husky. His eyebrow twitched up as if to question if I was sure, and I nodded my head. Pushing my seat back I stood up, waiting for Leo. Leo jumped from his seat, grabbing my hand, leading me out from the restaurant, paying the man as we went. 

As we walked to the car, my mind was racing. A sudden cloud of doubt come into my mind, maybe I'm not ready to have sex with Leo, maybe were rushing this, once you started the marking process, there's no turning back. But when I turned my head and looked at Leo's face, he turned his head to meet mine and placed a  kiss on my forehead, a small but loving gesture. Looking into his eyes once again, my doubts went away, and I started to walk much more quickly. Really hoping Leo drives fast, I'm more than ready.
