Goodbye. I Love You.

To Ray Justice:

As the sandman slowly came

about to lead me to my dreams...

I started to think of something --

something you said earlier to me...

It was about the difference

Of my love compared to yours...

I believe you may be right

For our lives have changed course...

Day and night, I'd wait for you

And hope to see your name on my phone...

That habit has somewhat disappeared

I guess that means I'm moving on...

At first I thought I will always love you

That you're the one for me...

That very soon we will be together

But I realized it's not meant to be...

I will surely miss you, Ray Justice

All the times that we have spent...

Those laughs, those tears, your precious smile

I sometimes wonder where they went...

Now I have to go and leave the past

I know that you want me to...

I have to be strong and live my life

And please remember... I loved you...

But this is not my last goodbye

For we will always remain as friends...

And I will always have you in my mind

And in my heart until the end...
