Dull was the world shaded black and white.
Dull were the people that seemed to have no life
'Til a beauty from nowhere appeared in the skies,
Painted the world and brought color to men's eyes...
No longer dead the old world seemed to be.
With color in their mists, humans jumped with glee,
Appreciating the world that was now filled with beauty
But the beauty that made it had to leave...
Her work will be remembered throughout each passing day
And some may ask 'Will she return?' Who can say?
But dear children, put in mind, you'll see her someday
Just look up. She is there...after last drops of rain...
