chapter 11

I couldn't believe what happened, she shouted for me first. I stood still in shock,whilst everybody stared at me and samantha's eyes met mine."lukee.."she cried.

I rushed through my mum and leanne and sat beside her bed holding her hand. I brought her hand to my lips and kissed it, I glanced up to see her smiling but tears still clearly visible in her eyes.

"luke?" she spoke.

I looked into her eyes.

"im so sorry" she continued.

"why?" I wispered.

"you we're right about ryan,im so sorry..I just pushed you away,I thought I was right, I should have listened to you"she looked away, avoiding eye contact.

I put my finger beneath her chin, and lifted it up and looked her in her eyes. "you're safe now,it's okay....I..I-"

"I love you luke" she cut me off.

"I love you too"i replied whilst smiling. I continued to caress her cheek with my thumb and then kissed her nose,before looking up at mum,leanne,beau and jai all watching me. I stood up and let the others say hello,I couldn't wipe the smile off my face.

--samantha's pov--

It had been two days since I got home and luke hadn't left my side. What happened in the hospital, when I told him I loved him was me speaking the truth. I honestly had never loved someone so much, but I don't know how I meant those words. He probably only thought of me as a friend anyway. Therefore I love him as a friend, a best friend.

I still couldn't believe what had happened, I really trusted ryan but...I don't know. I really need to stop thinking about it.

Right now,I was lay in bed watching films with my bestest friend. Luke. I really couldn't ask for anything better,he is always here to comfort me and I admire that. I love him.

But do I love him more than that?

No I couldn't, it doesn't make sense. I've only just got out of a relationship, a horrible one,I couldn't fall for somebody else so quickly.

or could I?

I don't know,right now I need to concentrate on watching 'the last song' it's my favourite.

right so I finallyy updated, I know I said it would be long but I just can't really right long chapters. I will try to update more often though.
