Boredom filled Jordyn's body, she slouched down, her head resting in the palm of her hand, she was too scared to do anything that she actually wanted to do.

"How about we get you a drink?" Stephen danced over to her, a bucket hat on his head and a pair of Raybans poised on his nose, even though it was dark.

"Maybe I should stay here," Jordyn smiled warmly, "but thanks, Stephen."

"Don't be boring, come on," Stephen danced on the spot in front of Jordyn and she couldn't help but laugh at him.

"Okay, fine! But you're responsible for my death, Stephen Tries," Jordyn giggled before pulling herself up and making her way towards the bar, following Stephen closely.

"I'll have a vodka and coke, not that type of coke, just.." Stephen scoffed, "yeah, and you will have?"

"Um, a lemonade, please," Jordyn pressed her lips together at Stephen and smiled a bit.

"No alcohol?" Stephen frowned. "Well, you heard the woman," he said as he turned back to the bar.

The bartender pressed the screen a few times, took the money from Stephen and began to prepare their drinks.

"How come you're being boring then?" Stephen turned back to Jordyn.

"Boring?" Jordyn glanced around and laughed, "you don't know already?"

Stephen looked around in confusion, "I think I remember someone saying something, but I can't properly remember. What's happened?"

"It sounds crazy, I don't expect you to believe me," she looked at the floor, a nervous smile pulling at the corner of her lips.

"Why wouldn't I believe you, Jord? Go on, I'm all ears."

"Uh, fine, so basically," Jordyn rummaged through her pockets before sliding out the unrealistic card that she received before, "I got this and–"

"Jordyn, stop," Will slid his hand down her back and to her waist before she turned around to him, "why are you here? What did we agree on?"

"Agree on? Will, if you think I'm flirting–" Stephen quickly let out.

"No, Stephen," Will laughed, "it's nothing like that."

"I was just telling him about it," Jordyn frowned.

"Yes but he didn't know about it, so he wouldn't be able to protect you if anything happened," Will put his drink on to the outside bar and stood up straight next to her.

Jordyn furrowed her brows and stood up to face him, "but you're not protecting me either, Will."

"I am!" Will scoffed.

"No, you're not. I'm sat on the log by myself doing nothing because we're both shit scared of if something will happen to me. Or is it just me that's scared? Because you're nowhere to be found at all, and as soon as I leave the same boring place I've been for the past half an hour you start having a go at me?" Jordyn shouted, making a little bit of a scene.

"Jordyn, please," Will frowned, he placed a hand on her shoulder before she shoved him off.

"Please what? I can't do anything, Will, and you're not even there for me," a tear ran down Jordyn's face but she quickly wiped it away, "I'm going home."

*imagine this being a film, jordyn is walking away to "caramel - terror jr" in slow motion. you can hear will's voice behind the music but not very well."

"No, Jord!" Will cried as she pushed past him, walking away from the crowd and up the steps from the beach.

She was quick paced, but so was he. "Jordyn, please, stop." Will panicked, he knew that one wrong move could end her life there and then.

Jordyn stopped for a split second to glance back at him but then continued to storm off in the same direction.

She's heading for the road. To cross the road and walk back to her apartment.

She didn't look both ways. Her body filled with frustration and anger. Betrayal was all she could think of when Will crossed her mind as she seemed to run away from this beach. She payed no attention to the world. None.

Will shouted behind her, trying to keep up. Stephen must have stayed at the bar, but he had probably got up to have a dance again.

She stepped onto the road, not looking either way as she did. A tear slipped down her cheek but once again she wiped it away before anyone saw her. She blocked out Will's voice, but more and more voices seemed to shout her. She slowed down, still on the road, delusional and confused.

Her body lit up at the lights, but not street lights, car lights. At a fairly quick speed, a ravishing red Range Rover came her way.

"Stop!" Will screamed at the top of his lungs, leaping in front of Jordyn. He wrapped his arms around her, putting his body to be the closest one to the car.
