II. Pass or Fail?

After Ryujin's audition ended smoothly (wayyy more than mine), we both were called up after a break. I looked at her nervously and she smiled.

"Are you two close?" YG asked.

Ryujin and I nodded our heads in unison. "We practiced a lot together."

"They're like opposites though." Seungri said. "Ryujin is always smiling and is so bright, while Jihyun is dark and cool."

"Except for the times when Jihyun let's her coolness slip away." YG commented, referring to my clumsiness earlier.

I nodded and laughed. "We didn't get along at first. I thought she was annoying and she thought I was scary."

"You are still scary sometimes." Ryujin added, earning a scary glare from me.

"We're glad you two are close, looks like you two won't be separated after these auditions. Congratulations you both pass." YG said.

My mouth dropped open and Ryujin and I gave each other the same excited look.

"But you'll be in separate buses." He added.

I honestly didn't care if I was on the debut team or not, at least I made it on Mixnine.

"Shin Ryujin, you're on the debut bus."

I was slightly sad we would be separated, but I was glad nevertheless.

This is the start of our success.

I stepped on the bus quietly, and I heard cheers and noises of awe coming from everyone. They treated me like I was a god, because I came from JYP, but quite frankly, I'm pretty much the same as everyone else.

I smiled and thanked the unfamiliar faces, making my way to the back were there were empty seats. I quietly sat down, some people still looking at me.

I smiled and looked away from them.

The bus started up again, heading to its next destination.

"Hey, Hwang Jihyun, right?"

I looked up and saw a girl sitting in the seat in front of me. She was standing up, leaning against to seat to see me.

I recognized her, but I couldn't remember where.

"You're performance was really good. Especially your dancing." She complimented.

I smiled and thanked her.

"I'm Lee Soomin."

My mouth dropped open slightly. "Wait, aren't you from Kpopstar??"

She smiled and nodded. "That's me!"

"Wow! You were seriously so good." I said.

"Thank you!"

"Why are you going on another survival show? Aren't you sick of them?"

Soomin just shrugged. "I want to get more noticed, so when I debut I'll be bigger. If I just train, I won't get anywhere, because my company isn't as big as JYP or YG."

I frowned and nodded. "I think you should be in a bigger company, you'd make it for sure."

"Maybe, but I'm determined to train under the label I have been for years. I won't leave them anytime soon."
