Chapter 26: Too Long

Aria's POV

"Yoongi, I'm not gonna leave you."

I could feel his sigh of relief as he tightened his grip on me. With both of us still on the hospital bed, him on the right side of the bed with his right arm wrapped around me. My head resting on his chest. I could hear his heart beating as he played with my hair. Stroking it and making me feel all warm on the inside. I wasn't just going to leave him here to suffer. I suddenly felt a sharp pain in my heart. But before I could say anything, he said it first.

"Ah!" He said gritting his teeth.

We both clenched our chest. Unaware that we did it in at the same time. I could hear his heart beginning to beat faster.

"What's wrong?" Both Ara and Jimin's voices asked.

"My heart!" Both Yoongi's voice and mine mixed.

"Awww!" Hoseok shouted.

It's at this moment Yoongi and I realized we were in sync. We had formed a bond within each other. We were connected. Emotionally that is. Taehyung still being worried, signaled a nurse to tend to Yoongi.

"He'll be fine. He just needs about a month of recovery from all of his injuries."

The same time Haven needed to recover.

"A month!?" Yoongi's eyes widened at the nurse's words.

"Yes sir." The nurse said while checking the bag of Ivy drips before leaving.

"I have to stay here for a whole month? On my own? Without..." Yoongi trailed off.

"I'll visit you Yoongi. Don't worry. I'll come everyday."

"Promise?"

"Yes Yoongi. I promise."

He kissed my forehead before we all left him for the night.

"Aria! Where on earth have you been all day!?" Nathan was waiting on us home.

"With her boy-mhmm..." Jimin slapped his hand over Hoseok's mouth.

"He doesn't know!" Jimin whispered to Hoseok.

"Ooooh! Right." Jeez Hoseok.

"Haven and Yoongi are in the hospital. Tae was there previously and still is." Namjoon updated him.

"What? How? Will they be okay?" Nathan was confused.

"Long story but they'll all be fine. Tae is being released in a few days." Ara continued.

"Okay. I'll be heading back with you guys?"

"Yes. We still haven't finished our project." Jin sent a wink.

Wait what?

"Right." Namjoon said. "We'll see you all on Monday." They went to Jin's car.

I just hope Hoseok doesn't spill my secret. It was already getting late. Close to morning. We all were tired and decided to actually go to sleep. Not everyone was taking the hospitalizations so well though.

"Jiminie Hyung. Stop crying. Haven is okay!"

"I know Kookie." He said between tears. "But I miss her."

"I know Hyung."

"A lot."

"She's gonna be okay."

"But I can't go a month without her! A whole freaking month!"

"Jiminie, just sit down for a bit." Jungkook pulled him onto the couch.
"You know we'll visit her."
