"I'll go, I'll go to Amelia." His face expression changed. He wasn't happy, but surprised. "What about your sister?" I freaked out, I didn't even fully take in what I just said. "Uh, I'll make it up to her." His sad moment became a happy moment after all. I needed to make it up to him. "We're leaving tonight." I MESSED UP."TONIGHT!!?"
"I haven't even packed!"
"You don't need to pack, they got that covered." I took a deep breath and went on. "What do I need to bring?" He smirked at me. "You,"
"That helps, thanks." He laughed at me and explained to me the details about tonight. "The palace has everything you need, just take a cellphone and your tiara."
"My tiara?" He nodded his head then proceeded. "The one your father gave you."
"Why?"
"It's Amelia's greatest treasure." I felt speechless. All this time, I played dress up with it and didn't even know it was real. I brushed my hair with my hands and felt it tangle. "We should probably wash that." He took me to the sink and helped get the ranch out. I laid back as he kept scrubbing and pulling my hair. "Ouch!" I whined as he kept pulling. "Stop being a baby, stay quiet and let me get it out." I didn't notice why I didn't use the school's shower, but he thought of the sink first. I took the mini shampoo bottle from my bag and handed it to him. "Why do you have a shampoo bottle in your backpack?"
"I don't like using the school's shampoo..." He didn't ask anymore questions and just poured it on my head. It was awkward in this position, but he didn't seem to mind. He finally turned off the sink and used his jacket as a towel. "Don't you mind?"
"No," As I dried my hair, he searched for a brush in my bag. "I'm sorry about your dad..." I brought up a deep subject for him, I could tell by the way I said dad. "You really loved your father, didn't you?"
"He was a good guy, He died when I barely turned one. I heard stories about him, it's hard to live up to him. He was the head of the royal guards and was knighted by the queen herself."
"He seems like a good person."
"He was," I smiled when he turned away. He took out the brush from my backpack and handed it to me. I brushed my hair while he just watched me. He placed his jacket on the latter and turned on the big fan. The janitors closet had everything, I mean everything. We stood there awkwardly and waited for my hair and his jacket to dry.
12:03 PM
Lunch was gonna end in two minutes. My hair was still damp and his jacket had little wet spots. He turned off the fan and grabbed his jacket from the latter. "Here, wear this." He threw me his jacket. "No, I'm fine."
"Give it to me." He took out his hand. I gave him his jacket as he wrapped his arms around me. He took me by the hands and put the sleeves on. "Can't even dress yourself, have your parents taught you nothing."
"Hey!" I hit him in the shoulders. "Owwwww" He complained while I smirked. "Why am I wearing this?"
"You have thousand island sauce on your white top." He whispered in my ears as I zipped up.
*RINGGGGGGGG*
"I should go," I got out of the janitors closet and went to class. I was going to Europe, I was really going to Europe! The excitement went over me. I wanted to squeal, but couldn't. I went from sad to happy real fast. It's time to pack my bags and move on.
