I'm Having HIS Baby!

Part 16

Hannah and Cameron were coming over in 2 hours which gave me some time to have a small nap. I lay on the sofa and turned the TV on flicking it to ITV 2 so I could watch Jeremy Kyle as I drift off, Alex was upstairs in the nursery packing away all of the new things we had bought.

After about 15 minutes he came walking into the living room and I was still awake.

"Hey baby" He said as he sat on the rocking chair across from me with his laptop, He was wearing his glasses and he looked so cute.

"What you doing?" I asked as I turned onto my side to look at him.

"Just catching up on the work I missed in the office today" He said as he punched the keys clearly doing his work.

"You need to take some time to relax babe" I said causing him to look up at me.

"Look we can't all have a reason to be off work can we. I own a massive company and with out me it could all fail so if you want me to keep bringing in money then no I cant just relax" He said angrily.

I didn't say anything to this, I just turned facing the other way and closed my eyes hoping I would fall asleep.

Was he trying to call me a gold digger?

Was he saying I need to get a job?

Was he trying to say I don't do enough?

Sleep did take over me finally.

I felt a dip on the edge of the sofa I was laying on, I opened my eye slightly and saw Alex so I shut them and ignored his presence.

"Moll I'm sorry for what I said... I didn't mean it, It's just that I'm stressed- if I'm not worrying about work then I'm worrying about you, and when I'm not worrying about you I'm worrying about our baby"

"Oh what and I'm not stressed? I have had to carry this child for 7 months already! Do you know how physically and mentally exhausting that is? I have to worry about you when you go to work, as well as worrying about myself because what would I do if something happened? I'm shit scared everyday that I could go into labour, and I'm constantly worrying that I'm not doing enough! But YOUR stressed?!" I shouted becoming angrier.

I hadn't even noticed I was crying until Alex reached out and wiped away a stray tear.

"Baby, I hate seeing you upset and knowing that its my fault. You don't need to stress anymore, I'll work from home and be here for you and don't you dare ever say that your not doing enough because you are doing so much more... look at what you have given me, this little princess is more than I could ever ask for off someone and what makes it so much better is that I'm getting this something off of my fiancé who I just cannot wait to call my wife and spend the rest of my life with".

"I love you" I said as I pulled him into a hug, He kissed my forehead.

"I love you too, now get ready because Cam and Hannah will be here soon".

Being lazy, I didn't bother getting changed I just went into the kitchen to get out some snacks and drinks.

2 tubes of pringles, Some dry roasted peanuts, A box of Celebrations, Cocktail sausages, Pork pies, Cheese and crackers and some maltsters.... That should be enough for 4 people right?

For drinks I got out some dark fruit ciders for Alex, Vodka for Cameron and a bottle of Malibu for Hannah, being pregnant I was able to drink sholer- the non alcoholic wine.

"You sure you have enough food out?" Alex laughed.

"Hey I'm eating for 2, you and Cam are greedy as fuck and Hannah well if she's anything like you then... There isn't enough food" He chuckled picking up a Chinese food menu.

"Thank god were getting Chinese!" I said excitedly.

*Dingdong*

"Alex could you get it I'm busy?" He looked at me and laughed.

"Oh so now reading a menu makes you busy" He chuckled as he went and opened the door, first to arrive was Cameron.

"Hey Mollie" He said as he entered the kitchen.

"She's 'busy'" Alex said using his fingers to quote the word busy.

"Okay well I know what I'm having and what baby is having, you better decide, Oh and Hi Cam didn't see you there" I said giving the menu to Alex.

"Wait you buy 2 meals just for yourself?" Cam asked.

"I'm eating for 2, bite me".

The door opened and closed signalling that Hannah was here.

"Hey bitches" She said as she entered the kitchen.

"Hey" We all replied.

"So how is my little niece" She asked.

"She's perfect" I smiled stroking my bulging belly.

We all talked for ages and we ordered food which arrived so we were all sat at the table eating it, Cam and Hannah had a lot of chemistry, they were defiantly going to get together.

"I'm going to the toilet back in a few" I said excusing my self from the table.

"I'll come with you" Alex said leaving the table as well.

"Okay so they so like each other" I giggled sitting on the sofa.

"I thought you needed the toilet?" Alex asked confused.

"No I just needed a reason to leave them two love birds alone"

"Oh I see" He said as he sat beside me.

The baby was giving me some big kicks so I grabbed Alex's hand and placed it onto my stomach. His eyes widened and he looked worried.

"She's just kicking" I explained and his face softened.

"Phew gosh Princess you scared daddy you did" He whispered to my belly causing her to kick again.

We stayed in the living room for a while and then decided to see what Cameron and Hannah were getting up to in the kitchen.

"Where have they gone?" Alex asked.

I looked out of the kitchen window to see the two of them laying on the grass in the garden hand in hand.

"Found them" I said. Alex stood next to me and smiled.

He kissed me passionately before pulling away.

"What was that for?" I asked shocked.

"Because I love you"

"Oh well in that case I love you too" I said before crashing my lips back onto his.
