"Help! Someone help!!" I shouted, begging for someone to come and help me save Seb. I heard rustling in the tent and everyone came out and saw Seb's wounds.
"What happened?!" Harrison asked while kneeling next to me and examining Seb's cuts. I didn't know what to say because I didn't know what happened.
"Did you do this?" Emily asked me.
"Of course I didn't! I just found him like this in that cave," I said pointing to the cave.
"Keith, help me with Seb's body. We need to move him into the tent!" Harrison said as he lifted Sebastian's head and Keith took his legs and carried him to a table in the tent. Isabelle took off Seb's shirt to see the cuts clearly.
"This looks like a Sectumsempra spell," Harrison said. I grabbed my wand and started to do some healing spells, hoping they would work. Harrison joined in and it made the cuts almost go away. Some were pretty deep and just had some scarring.
We were done but he was still out cold. We were all waiting around the table, waiting for him to move or wake up.
It's been 20 minutes and the only sign of him being alive was that he moved his leg. We calmed down a bit after that happened. At least we knew he was alive. The rest took that as a good sign and they went back to sleep. Everyone except me and Harrison.
He was silent. He was just sitting there, staring at Seb. No expression on his face. Nothing.
"You okay?" I asked, trying to be quiet so I don't wake up the others.
"I'm fine," He responded. Taking his gaze away from Seb and looked down at his hands.
"You sure?" I asked again. Moving to stand next to him.
"Yea. It's just, Seb helped me a lot. In life. My, uh," He stopped. He seemed like he was nervous to tell me something.
"You can tell me. I won't judge," I assured him. His gaze went to me with tears in his eyes.
"My parents. They were followers of Voldemort. Deatheaters. They were very close to him. They made me be one too. When he died, my parents and I were on the run for years. Until some aurors killed them, while they were taking me out for ice cream because I begged them to let me get some because we had been on the move for 3 years and I wanted a day where I could stay in 1 place for an hour. It's because of me their dead," He said as tears fell down his cheeks.
I was shocked. I didn't know what to do. All I did do was give him a hug. I wrapped my arms around his waist and he was shocked for a moment but then wrapped his arms around me too.
We pulled apart and he took a few deep breaths and continued, "After they were killed, they had a small hearing for me about what they were going to do with me. They came to the conclusion that I was not guilty and that I could go live with my aunt and uncle in America. Seb is the only person who knows about what happened,"
"And you told me? Why?" I asked, confused that he told me and not his other friends like Chloe, Emily, or Jacob.
"Because of this gut feeling. I feel like I can trust you. Can I?" He said in a serious tone. He wiped his tears away from his cheeks and looked me in the eyes.
"Yes," I said simply. As I said that, Seb woke up. He sat up carefully, confused about what happened. Me and Harrison rushed towards him,
"How dare you," Harrison started and Seb's eyes grew in even more confusion, "You went exploring without me?" When he said that, Seb's face showed relief and hugged Harrison. He looked at me and put his arms around me.
