Mumbai 8:30am

Now I am going to City hospital to get the person's details. It was the same hospital where madhyam took me when I had got my leg fractured, while I tired to escape from the speeding car. Soon I reached the hospital. I had to contact the reception for my admission form which had the contact details of the person.

Nandini: Excuse me!

Receptionist: Yes ma'am,How can I help you?

Nandini: Hi I am nandini, actually I was admitted here yesterday. I needed my admission form of the hospital to know who had admitted me here.

She gave me a confused look!
May be because how can a person not know who admitted them to the hospital.

Nandini: I was unconscious when I was admitted so I don't know. please can u help me?

Receptionist: Ya sure ma'am....your full name?

Nandini: Nandini Murthy.

Receptionist: Ok ma'am please wait in the lounge. I will inform you as I get your form.

Nandini: Ya ok......But please make it fast.

Receptionist: Ya ok ma'am.

Then I made my way towards the canteen.

I was sipping my coffee when receptionist came towards me with an envelope in her hand.

Receptionist: Excuse me Ma'am we got your admission form, the name of the person is not mentioned only contact number & sign is done.

Aiyapaa...Ab yeh Kya nayi musibat hai uske Naam hi nahi hai.

Nandini: At least contact number toh hai na. Dikhayiye!

She handed over the envelope to me. I opened it but couldn't believe my eyes!!
I rechecked it once.. but it was the same.. That means!!!
Aiyaapaaa is it true...No it's not
Yes it is..no no it is not
Oh Aiyaapaa...

I closed my eyes.. the mixed feeling ran down my spine.. I don't know.. What's happening to me.. My throat dropped.. I licked my lips to control my sobs that unknowingly escaped from my mouth. The tears which i hold for so long running down my face are now wetting my cheeks..

It was "MANIK MALHOTRA'S SIGNATURE".

He signed it.

He was here.

He is alive!!!

I traced my hand over 'THE SIGNATURE' Oh god it's trueeeee.

I couldn't control my emotions. I sobed even louder.. more Tears had started to roll down my eyes. I was numb..blank what not.

I couldn't feel anything.

Is it true or not....had to confirm it.

I turned around to see receptionist giving me a weird look.. Then reality hit me up so hard.. I looked down being embarrassed.. I had to hold back my emotions.. I rubbed off my tears with the back of my hands and Taking a deep breath i looked up at her.

Receptionist:Ma'am are you ok?
She shook me up.

Nandini:Ya I am ok.
I answered in a hoarse voice by cleaning already dried my tears.
