"We want the girl," the man in the cruiser laughed. It sounded like a maniacal laugh from a movie villain. After he spoke, everyone instantly surrounded you.

"You can try to take her," Lance stepped forward. "But you'll have to step through me," you could sense him trying to act heroic, but, at times like this, you wished he would learn to step down. You wormed your way through the circle they'd formed around you, stepping up to the cruiser.

"What do you want Sendak?" you asked.

"Oh (Y/N), I'm surprised you even remembered me," The man in the cruiser scoffed. After the man spoke, the side of the cruiser opened to reveal a large galra. He had a disgusting smile that lingered across his face. His left eye was like those of the other galra, small, glowing, and mischievous. He had a robotic eyed that glowed red, but he also had a cybernetic arm.

"Sendak?" Pidge queried. Once you peered over, it looked like Shiro had seen a ghost.

"(Y/N), how do you know this, creature?" Allura scowled. The alien looked at the princess with such disgust, but also pride.

"I thought you were dead!" Shiro roared. He looked like an old-school cartoon character that had steam escaping from his ears.

"Wow Takashi, way to make this about our past disagreements," he smirked.

"Shut up and tell us why you're here!" Keith yelled, he had his hand positioned on his bayard, getting ready for any wrong moves Sendak would make.

"I thought I made that abundantly clear, we're here for (Y/N)," he answered. He glared at you, the ends of his lips lifting towards the sky.

"And what exactly are you planning to do?" Hunk asked as he placed his arm in front of you.

"I believe that is none of you concern, young man," as he spoke, two more galra came behind him, they held the position of body guards, or bouncers in a dance club.

"And what if she chooses not to go with you?" Coran spoke timidly.

"I don't believe that's an option here Coran, you and I both know this," you murmured. The large galra seemed to take this into consideration.

"Well, if she chooses not to come, which we all know would be the best option in this scenario, then, I guess some reinforcements will have to occur," he sneered.

"And by reinforcements, you mean?" Pidge asked.

"Zarkon," you spoke towards the green paladin that stood beside you.

"Wow, looks like you guys have an Albert Einstein on your hands," he mocked at you. You looked behind the others to see that someone was suddenly missing, Lance. You began to go into a silent panic mode, you could've sworn that he was right behind you the entire time. You grasped hold of Shiro's arm.

"Shiro," you whispered as you kept a poker face. He gave you a quick glance.

"Yeah," he whispered back to you.

"Where is Lance?" you worried. He looked behind his shoulder with a queried look to realize that you were not joined with the Cuban man.

"I'll look for him, don't worry," he reassured.

"But, what if Sendak realizes that you're gone," you asked.

"He won't care, we both know who he's here for," he sighed. Right as he was about to sneak his way to the opening of the castle, Lance came booming his way through the entrance. He seemed to grab the attention of everyone, even the aliens.

"Hey, galra!" he yelled, they each looked towards him, giving him unsatisfied faces.

"What do you want, fool?" they asked. You took a quick gaze towards his waist, although he was in his armor, he seemed to be holding his jacket beside him.

"If we want her to stay, will you leave if we give you something valuable in return?" he asked, you could tell he was deep in thought with each word he spoke.

"Unless you're handing over your lions, or one of yourselves, then I don't think we're interested," Sendak huffed.

"Then," he paused as he took a deep breath," I think I may have something that you sound like you've been wanting."

"Lance, whatever you do, remember that, although the lion chose you, these are my father's, not yours," Allura furrowed her brows.

"That's not what I had in mind, but okay?" he grasped his sweater, than began walking towards you. "(Y/N)."

"Lance, please," you whimpered.

"(Y/N)," he continued.

"Lance, don't!" you exclaimed. Everyone around didn't understand what was happening, but you. You understood completely.

"(Y/N), you've only been here for two days, and you already taught me something. You've taught me that you have to sacrifice for those you love. You've become my family, my friend, my world. If something were to happen to you, I would be devastated. I would rather torture myself and know you're safe, then even risk anything happening to you," he stared down at his jacket, then suddenly brought it up to his face, "Take this, to remember me goodbye."

"Lance, please, no!" You lamented as you held the sweater with him.

"Sendak!" he yelled.

"Lance, stop!" you grabbed his arm.

"Yes, human," he smiled towards your group. The Hispanic man took a deep inhale, then continued to speak.

"Instead of (Y/N), take me. The blue paladin."

(A/N: Look who's back boys! and girls but yeah... I'm back! I hope you all had a good Christmas, or Hanukkah, or Kwanzaa, or a good Monday if you didn't celebrate anything!
