‘cap naman ehh you should be awake now…’
I yawned again and looked at Kaizen thru sleepy eyes at nag smile ako sa kanya as I snuggled closer to Forts warm body…yes we’re so gay shh na muna. I cant believe I’m out of my bed before 8 in the morning when I don’t have practice until later this afternoon but because of the bad weather it got cancelled and I should be sleeping, sleeping comfortably in my bed kung hindi nga lang ako sinugod nina Pe, Lo and Ferrer sa bahay at nag demand na kailangan nila ako kasi emergency daw. Dinala nila ako sa condo nina Fort and Tata at binulabog namin sila this early and dahil na rin antok pa kaming tatlo hinayaan na lang naming sina Kaizen magkwento.
‘nakikinig ba kayo guys?’ I heard Paulo complain ‘gising na kasi kayo…’
‘gising kami Pau…gising na gising. Ano nga ba ang meron?’ Tata asked as he snuggled closer to me ‘ang aga aga may problema na naman kayo?’
‘babae bay an?’ Fort asked and siniko ako ‘hoyy Teng babae daw…sina Mira pati ang baby mo.’
‘huh? Paano kami nasama ni Via?’ I asked as I looked at Paulo ‘and just what did you do to my sister?’
Paulo smiled and held his hands up in surrender ‘cap wala…wala akong gagawin.’
I looked at him in disbelief at what he just said…fully awake now I hit him with a pillow ‘gutom ako…mabuti pa magluto na tayo ng breakfast and we’ll talk while eating.’
‘ako na ang bahala sa food…’ Kevin volunteered as he walked into the kitchen but Tata stopped him before he could do that.
‘ayoko ng chicken afritda this early master…sit down and I’ll prepare breakfast. Kitchen duty ako today dahil wala si Ron.’
Kevin pouted and sat beside me ‘masarap naman ang afritada ko diba?’
‘kasi naman hindi afritada ang pinunta niyo rito…yung mga lady loves niyo. Explain papi.’ Fort said with a smile ‘ikaw na mauna master Kevin.’
‘kasi…kasi…I love her, nandun na kami eh, abot ko na talaga but dumating si Natalie…’ Kevin said as he hugged one of the throw pillows surrounding us ‘kasalanan ko…dapat pala sinabi ko na kay babes Faith na mahal ko siya…ewan.’
‘anong ewan??’ tanong naming ni Fort sa kanya…once in a blue moon lang kung ma confuse yang si Master Kevin and today just by looking at him I know he’s torn between someone from his past and his now with Faith.
‘when I saw Natalie…bumalik lahat ng feelings ko sa kanya but I also don’t want to let Faith go, hindi ko ata kakayanin pag nawala siya.’ Kevin whispered ‘hirap naman maging gwapo…’
Fort shook his head and punched him playfully ‘wag kang feeling papi…hindi ka ganun ka gwapo…ma appeal ka lang. who’s next?’ he asked then grinned at Kaizen ‘ikaw na Lo…gising ka ba?’
Kaizen sighed and sighed again ‘si temple girl kasi…I mean si Cassie or Louise or Cassie…ewan kung ano ang name niya talaga. Nasaktan ko siya…and I feel really really guilty, she hasn’t talked to me properly in days and I miss her.’
‘but aren’t you seeing someone now? What’s her name ulit?’ I asked him remembering what happened yesterday when Jeron and I saw him at Rob Mag with another girl.
‘may iba kang chicks papi??’ Kevin shouted ‘naks iba talaga ang powers mo…’
‘kaya naman pala hindi ka kinakausap papi eh.’ Paulo said and shook his head while Fort and I both nodded in agreement.
