It all echoed in my head. His words. I can hear hint of worry on his voice when he learned that I was living at my car for the past few weeks.

"Do you have any idea how risky it was Lea?!" He said and shook his head.

I sighed, "I know! But what can I do? I have no money, ayaw ko namang lumapit sa mga kaibigan ko." I told him. I explained, with my eyes fixed on the outside of car.

He shook his head again.

"I get the point. Kaya nga heto na diba? I'm being such a masunuring patient to you diba?"

"Well you should, whether you like it or not, kelangan mo 'kong sundin kasi kung anong mangyari sayo, kargo de konsensya ko."

"Yeah. Yeah. Especially now that I am your boarder," sabi ko, na halos pabulong na ang dulo.

"Are you hungry? He said.

"I am.

He nodded. "Okay, mag gogrocery muna ako, just wait nalang here inside the car, ubos na rin stocks ko eh" He said at iniliko yung kanyang kotse.

"I insist. Samahan na kita." I volunteer.

"No, just stay here. BAka mabinat ka," paalala pa nito.

"Im not a 6 year old child, Francis. I said.

When we arrived at the parking lot of the supermarket, of course wala siyang nagawa kundi pasamahin ako.

"What do you want ba for dinner,Lea?" Tanong neto habang tinutulak ang cart.

"I'll cook adobo for the two of us," I said. "Ako na ang magluluto."

"Nope. He said ang looked at me.

"I'm not a visitor, Doc!" I said. And before I could even talk more, he placed his index finger on my mouth, as a sign that I should shut my mouth.
