"Morning." I smiled walking into the kitchen. "Morning sweetie, what would you like for breakfast?" Zoe asked from beside Alfie at the counter. "Umm, what is there?" "Everything really." Zoe started to get up. "No. You stay where you are. I'll look myself." I smiled and walked over to the fridge. "can I use some of your yogurt, fruit and granola?" "Yea course. Help yourself." Alfie said.
I made my breakfast and got some water before sitting at the counter beside Alfie. He smiled at me and I smiled back. After breakfast we went to the woodland area and brought Nala for a walk. I was holding her lead but she started pulling at me so I gave her to Alfie. We walked the lap before heading on home. By the time we were home it was lashing rain so we turned on a movie. We made pizza before sitting in front of the fire.
"So, how long do you think it will be before Tom realizes you are telling the truth?" Zoe asked. "I dunno. Ella has him wrapped around her little finger. Both him and the boys." I said. "You would think he would believe his only sister." Alfie said shaking his head. "I know." I sighed. "Oh well. His loss, our gain." Zoe smiled causing me to laugh.
