Gone at 16:

I really am sorry

Tom POV:

"No." Mum cried.
"we got here down to the theater and got her ready when her heart started to race until it stopped. We tried to get it back but she wouldn't react." He explained.
"No no no." Mum cried collapsing into dads arms crying.
"I really am sorry. We done everything we could."

With that he left leaving us all there crying. Paddy was crying into Harrisons chest while Harry and Sam just looked at each other in silence with tears going down their cheeks. I looked at my family before I couldn't take it anymore and bolted. I ignored the shouts of my family and continued running. I heard footsteps behind me but also ignored it until I got outside. I collapsed against a wall in tears.

"Hey." 
I looked up to see Harrison looking at me sadly.
"She's gone Harrison. The only one who truly made me happy is gone. And it's all my fault." i cried.
"it's not your fault." He tried.
"Yes it is!! If I had of believed her about Ella she wouldn't off ended up here in the first place." i said crying harder.
"Maybe. Or maybe it would of happened anyway. The point is it's not your fault Tom. You can't blame yourself so don't. If not for yourself then for Katie. She told you herself that she didn't blame you." He explained.

I looked at harrison with tears streaming down my face.
"She would want you to continue living your life the way you would of wanted to if she was here."
I sighed and looked at my best friend.
"I'll never hear her laugh or see her again." I whispered.
"And I've a funny feeling that she will always be with you, proud of everything you do in life." He said.
I smiled sadly and Harrison pulled me into a hug.
"Now let's go back into your family. You left suddenly."
He put his arm around me as we walked back to the room.

Once there I was pulled into a hug by mom. I clung to her and started crying again.
"I know sweetheart, I know." She said kissing my head with tears streaming down her cheeks.
