Now when you go in it will be a shock

Tom POV:

I sat with my two brothers and Harrison as we waited for mum and dad to come out from the doctor. We had had lunch and decided to come back up in case they had news. We were all becoming impatient. Paddy was playing on his phone and Harry was texting Sam to inform him of what was going on. Harrison was sitting with his head back and eyes closed.  I looked towards the doctors office door every now and then to see if they were coming out. When I looked up I seen them coming out. I elbowed Harrison before getting up and rushing over to them with my brothers close behind.

"Well?" I asked.
Mum looked at dad before leaving and sitting in a seat behind us.
"Dad?" harry asked.
"your sister is in a coma. They don't know how long before she wakes up. They got her heart beating but the rest is up to her." He sighed.
"I looked at him in shock.
"What?" I chocked out.
"I'm sorry son." He said placing a hand on my shoulder before heading over to mum.
"Well, can we see her." Harry asked going in front of mum and dad.
"I dunno." 

The same doctor as earlier came out of his office and into my sisters. Shortly afterwards he came out and came over towards us.

"Mister and Misses Holland, family members, you can see her if you would like." He said.
"Anyone want to see her?" Dad asked.
"yea." I said before anyone.
"Paddy you can wait till last so we know what to expect ok?" Mum said.
Paddy nodded.
"Alright. Now, when you go in it will be a shock. She might be able to hear you so talk to her."
"Thanks doctor................" I hinted for his name.
"crow. Doctor crow. And all her details are safe with me should reporters come looking for it."
"Thank you. It is greatly appreciated." Dad said.

I followed the doctor with Harry at my side. He stopped just outside before looking at us to make sure we wanted to see this. I nodded and prepared myself for the worst. When he opened the door i was shocked at what I seen. My little sister was lying there on a white bed and her skin was nearly just as white as the sheets. She had cuts along her arms and a cast was on her leg. She seemed so peaceful. I sat on the seat beside her bed and took her hand while Harry stood on the other side.

"I'll give you some time." Doctor crow said before leaving.

I looked at Katie with tears in my eyes. Why her, why my sister. Harry looked at her with tears in his eyes. He sat on the edge of her bed before speaking.

"Hi Katie, it's Harry, your brother. Just to let you know that, everyone is worried about you. Mum, dad, Paddy and Harrison are outside, Sam is getting the first flight back home. Your friends, no doubt, will want to see you when they find out. You need to fight Katie, it might be hard but you have to. So many people are waiting for you." Harry said as tears fell down his cheeks.
"She'll be ok Harry. She's a warrior." i said looking at my younger brother.
Harry nodded with a sad look.

We sat in silence until a nurse came in and told us that mum and dad wanted to see her so we had to leave. I kissed Katies head before leaving and sitting beside harrison. We sat in silence before harrison broke it.

"They gave me her bag." He said handing it to me.
I opened it and looked through it before taking out her phone. There was some missed calls from a guy named 'Jayden'.
"who's jayden?" I asked.
"Who?" Harrison asked causing the other two to look at us.
"Jayden."
"He's a guy who Katie met when she was at the Graham Northan Show." harry said.
"And she has his number?"
"I didn't know she had his number."

Just then the phone went off. It was him. I looked at the boys and they motioned for me to answer it so I did.

"Hello?" I answered.
"Hello? Is Katie there?" A males voice was heard.
"No. This is her brother speaking. Who are you and how do you know my sister?" I asked in a protective tone.
"My name is Jayden Smith and I know Katie from a recent interview. Who are you?"
"Tom."
"Oh, well hello Tom, now, can I talk to your sister please?"
"well I regret to inform you that she isn't able to talk right now, and, and , she won't be able to for a while." I said, my voice cracking at the end.
"Why? What happened? Is she ok!?!?"
"She got hit by a car and is currently in hospital in a coma." I answered as tears escaped.
"Oh my God what hospital?"
"london Bridge Hospital."
"I'm on my way." He said and hung up.

I looked at the phone in surprise as I took it away from my ear. Mum and dad walked out of the room and everyone looked at Paddy.

"You ready Pads?" dad asked.
Paddy nodded. harrison and dad went with him while we all sat there waiting.

We can only hope.
