Tom POV:

I watched as Katie ran away from me. I called her name but she ignored me. I sighed and drove on but as I came to the cross roads I heard a screech. I looked to where the noise was heard and seen a girl with blonde hair on the ground in front of a car with someone shaking her. I realized who it was and quickly pulled in before running over to them. I skidded beside the girl, ignoring the pain in my knees from skidding on the tar.

"Katie!! katie!! Sis, come on, wake up!!" I called.
She just layed there. He skin was pale as anything and she had a few cuts. I looked at the man.
"What happened?" I asked.
"She came in front of me. It was a green light so I went off." He said.
"Did you not see her?" I asked, angry.
"Not till I moved but it was too late." He confessed.

I looked at my sister and stroked her cheek with tears threatening to fall. Sirens were heard in the distance but I ignored them as I looked at my sisters pale face, hoping her eyes would open and say that she was fine. paramedics came towards us and a lady made me move away. I struggled against her, trying to stay with Katie.

"Sir, please, they need room to work on her. Please come with me."
I gave up and went with her to a corner. I just watched them work on Katie from a distance.

"What happened?"
"A car hit her"
"Who was driving? Can you point him out?"
Just then the man came over.
"Sorry to interrupt but I just wanted to say that it was me and I take full responsibility for it. I will pay for all expenses that should be needed." He said.
"Thank you but that will not be necessary, it was an accident." I said calmly.
"Are you the one who hit her?" The lady asked.
"Yes."
"What happened?"
"The light turned green and I went on. She suddenly came running in front of me. It was both our faults because it had just went green so I should of waited a few minutes." He explained.
"Ok. Thank you."

I turned back to the scene and seen them picking up my sister. I watched with tears in my eyes as they placed her in the ambulance.

"Meet us at the hospital. You can't leave your car the way it is. Call your family." The lady said before getting in the back with Katie and closing the doors. I watched as they left with tears streaming down my face.

Harry POV:

"We're on our way." Harrison said and hung up.
"what's going on?" I asked as Harrison rushed to get his car keys and coat.
"Katies been rushed to hospital. A car knocked her over." He said.
"S**t, is she ok?" I asked jumping up.
"He hasn't heard. He's at the hospital."

I quickly grabbed my shoes and put them on. We ran out to the car and Harrison drove while I sat in shotgun. We got there and I jumped out before he stopped. Mum, dad and Paddy were just heading in so I ran to them. Harrison came up soon after and we headed to reception.

"Family of Katie Holland." Dad stated.
"Second floor go down the hall turn to the second left and 3rd door to the right." She said not looking up.
"Thanks."

We rushed to the elevator and Paddy pressed the button. As soon as the doors opened we seen Tom siting in the waiting room with his head in his hands. We walked over to him.

"Son." dad said causing Tom to jump.
"How is she?" Mum asked sitting beside my brother.
"i haven't heard. No one knows." He sighed.

"Family of Katie Holland?"
"That's us." Dad said as we stood up.
"Are you her parents" The doctor asked mum and dad.
"Yes."
"Please step into my office, I will need to talk to you privately. Without her brothers please."
Tom looked like he was about to protest when dad shook his head.
"Go and get something to eat."

He sighed but nodded. We watched them leave into the doctors office before turning and making our way to the canteen.

Nikki POV:

Dominic and I followed the doctor into his office. He sat down behind his desk before motioning for us to sit down. Once we sat he looked at us with a straight face.

"Now, you do realize that Katie was hit by a car and that the results can sometimes be severe."
We nodded.
"Well, I regret to inform you that Katie is in a coma. When the car hit her she hit her head which caused her body to shut down due to shock."
I grabbed Dominics hand.
"What does this mean?" I asked.
"It means that you have a long road ahead of you. We can not be sure when she will wake up. But you must know that you will have to decide who will call it if it should come to that."
"If it should come to that? Your talking as if my daughter won't make it." Dominic called standing up.
"We can not be sure, you have to understand that it is up to her to wake up, we can't make her. But her heart is still beating." The doctor explained.
"IS there anything that could help?" I asked as Dominic sat back down.
"Talking to her could help, she might be able to hear you. Tell her who is here and comforting things."
I nodded.
"thank you." I smiled softly.

We walked out of his office. The boys were sitting at the waiting room with a bored look on their faces. They sat up when they seen us coming out of the office.
