Chapter 32

"No. Retina's. Recognized." The machine sputtered out. Tom let out an angry sigh. Tord ran up to Tom, scared as all living hell. Right before Tord could get to Tom, he heard a familiar click.

"Access. Granted." The machine said, the door opening slightly. Not noticing Tord, Tom dashed through the door. He immediately noticed one of the cell doors opened, with the keys right next to the cell door. Before Tord could get to the bottom of the steps, Tom had already locked the door, keys in hand.

"Thomas! Open the door!" Tord demanded, his hands clamped shut around two of the bars. Tom allowed himself to finally transform, causing Tord to flinch at the sight. A bright, purple glow radiated off of Tom, temporarily blinding every person in the room. What Tord saw next scared him.

There, in the cage, was the full-on transformation of Monster Tom. He stood tall, quite a few feet taller than regular Tom. Monster Tom growled at the sight of Tord, since Tom had no control with this whatsoever. Tord decided to try and talk to Tom, hoping it would work.

"Tom? It's me, Tord. Please, stay calm and fight this. Fight for me." Tord begged. The large monster just attempted to claw at Tord instead. Fortunately, the Norwegian jumped back, away from harm's grasp.

"Holy s**t!" He exclaimed, a few of the prisoner's attempting to see what the heck was going on between the monster and the red leader. Tom continued to try and attack Tord, but the bars held him back. Before anything else happened, Pau and Pat rushed downstairs. They noticed Tom in his monster form and exchanged glances.

"Hey, uh, ba-I mean Pat, you...uh...wanna tell Tord or...?" Pau asked. Pat looked over at him. Pat knew what Pau was about to say in front of everyone in the room. It was like as if he was about to call Tord his son. Again.

"Pau, please, I love you but please stop almost saying the truth. We need to be professional." Pat groaned. Pau rolled his eyes and folded his arms.

"Says the one who has the weird hair." Pau said, now putting all his body weight onto one leg. Pat took offense, slapping his hand over his chest. He gasped.

"I do not have weird hair! And your the one with the bushy eyebrows!" Pat argued. Tord, of course, had no idea what they were shouting about. That's why he's using Google translate to translate English into English, so he can understand what they are saying.

"Says the one who always insists on being submi-" Pau started. Tord decided to stop him there by shouting over the two.

"PAU! PAT! SHUT THE HELL UP OR ELSE THE BOTH OF YOU ARE DOING FIFTY LAPS AROUND THE DAMN BASE!" Tord shouted, causing both Eyebrows Magee and Chicken Wing Bangs to stop arguing. "Thank you. Now please, what was it you wanted to tell me?"

"That the monster in the cell is the one we made with that serum years ago." Pau said. When Tord read what it said through Google translate...let's just say he took a sad trip down memory lane.

(I love how all of you assumed Tom was going to die. He has no retina's, therefore the scanner wouldn't know there were different retina's, allowing him access to the jail cells. Like in WTFuture, when Tom is getting Susan. He locked her up with a retina scanner, and since the scanner didn't identify amything, it allowed Tom access. Y'all really need to realize this. You guys did get a good laugh out of me though, so thank you)
