Tord shoved the medic out of the way, almost making them fall to the ground. There, on the phone, sat Tom. He was socializing with someone. Tord couldn't tell who it was, due to not being able to hear. Tord didn't care though, or at least, in that moment in time. There was someone else in the room, whom was an informant for the base.
This informant was in charge of collecting important information for the base, to keep them one step ahead. She also made sure to collect important pieces of info in the base itself that Tord cannot hear. She usually used video footage, adding subtitles for Tord to read. The video footage was sometimes replaced with audio and subtitles, but that was rare.
She walked over to Tord, silently advising that he left. Tord, rolling his eye, agreed to it and left the room. He couldn't really start an argument for two reasons. One, Tom was finally awake. Two, the informant was mute. This has been a life-long thing, not a just-started--recently thing. This meant the informant couldn't retaliate, and that would just be awkward.
She pulled out a camera and hit play once far away enough. On the screen showed footage of Tom waking up, looking around frantically. Tom was still wearing his normal attire instead of a cliche-looking hospital gown. Why? Well, the only person who would put the hospital gown on is Tord, but he was too worried to think straight. He was even too worried to think gay.
Tom seemed to shove his hand into his pocket, taking a small, navy blue and black object out. It took Tord a moment to realize that Tom had grabbed his phone. 'Maybe he's going to call Edd and Matt' Tord told him self mentally. There were subtitles on the screen now, a three second count down. Just then, Tom answered a call. Tord made sure to pay close attention to the subtitles. Even if he is half blind.
'Knew you would call.'
...
'Yeah, it happened.'
...
'Yeah, he chased us. You know how Tori's taking it?'
...
'Same, haven't seen Tord either.'
...
'Chill, they aren't cheating on us'
...
'Tam, they're probably just out'
...
The screen showed the medic rushing towards the door, seeing shoved out of the way after. Tord watched as he saw himself appear on the screen. That is, until the informant pulled him out of the room. The screen then went blank, the audio and subtitles disappearing from the screen.
Tord had no idea who 'Tori' nor 'Tam' were, but now he knew that Tom had some sort of association with the two. It was funny, it seemed as though Tom and this 'Tam' were stuck in the same situation. Tord just forced himself to believe they were family.
He's slightly right when he thinks they have similar dna.

Okay, so I wrote the previous chapter yesterday, but didn't get a chance to publish it until today. I also started this chapter yesterday, but didn't finish. That's why they are so close together in updating time.
In the next part, I'll be explaining the roles of the already mentioned people in the Red Army and their current appearances (but the appearances are with drawings.)
