Edmund's POV
I dove into the water as fast as I could, the chilly liquid refreshing my aching bones.

I could see her, lying there, at the bottom of the river.

She looked so peaceful, though her injures ruined the serene picture.

I cradled Y/N in my arms, and pushed off the river's bottom, swimming towards the surface. As I reached the top, Caspian's weary face met mine and he helped me bring Y/N to the shore.

We dragged her on land as fast as we could muster, laying her still body on the sandy beach. Peter and Susan, wherever they had come from, ran up to us, shock painted across their faces.

"Edmund!" Peter shouted happily, relieved to see me.
"Caspian!" Susan smiled, probably relieved to see him.

"Where's Lucy?" I questioned harshly. "Y/N needs help."

Peter and Susan looked across the beach, while I fell to my knees near Y/N's side. I felt for a pulse, feeling a faint heartbeat. I held her close to me, hoping Lucy would find her way to us.

"Edmund!" I hear my youngest sister's voice near me, thank Aslan. I look up and see her kind face staring down at me.

"Please, help her!" Caspian begged, dropping to his sister's side. Lucy joined us on the beach sand, and brought out her cordial, dropping one small drop of red liquid into Y/N's mouth.

A moment later, Y/N started coughing, water spurting from her throat. She opened her eyes and stared back at me.

"Y/N!" Caspian said happily, engulfing her in a hug. She was still weak, but hugged him back. He let her go, and she fell back into my lap.

"I was so worried about you," she mumbled, reaching up her hand and cupping my cheek.

"You were worried? I was scared to bits for you!" I replied back, laughing. She stared to laugh as well. Our perfect moment came to a stop as Aslan walked up to our group.

As gently as we could, Y/N and I maneuvered so we both were bowing, Caspian, Peter, Susan, and Lucy doing the same.

"Rise, Kings and Queens of Narnia," Aslan spoke, his deep voice washing over us kindly. I stood with my siblings, while keeping a steady hand on Y/N.

Aslan smiled at Caspian and Y/N. "You too, young King and Queen."

Confused, the two siblings looked at each other and rose to their feet slowly.

"King Caspian, and Queen Y/N, rulers of Narnia," Aslan bestowed their new titles upon them, and you could almost see a change in the royals immediately.

Caspian stood up straighter, while Y/N's smile grew large. She leaned into my shoulder and gripped my hand, our palms fitting together perfectly.

Y/N's POV
Edmund and Caspian were alive. I was Queen of Narnia. The war against the Telemarines was over.

I was overjoyed.

By this time, a familiar dwarf had approached us.

"Trumpkin!" I greeted him happily , while Lucy looked at Trump with her eyebrows raised.

"Is this the dear little friend I've been told so much about?" Aslan spoke with an amused tone. Trumpkin had always voiced his disbelief in Aslan, so seeing the lion in real life must have come as a grand shock.
