Keith sprinted out to the radio station the next morning in his jacket after practice, the teams heading to their next competition within the hour. "This is my track!" Keith shouted as he sprinted in. "You're playing my song right now! That is awesome! You like it? You put it on the radio! That is amazing!"

"It's a sick beat," the stationeer admitted.

"Yeah, I always thought his beats were pretty sick," Lance added from the second floor. The two singers shared a look before Keith averted his gaze.

"Hey, Keith," the stationeer added. "Listen, spring break, I want you to take the night shift. Play your music." Keith only stared at him in shock. "The DJ at the Garage does a brilliant version of this, but yours? It's better."

"Yeah, it is," Keith chuckled awkwardly.

"I'm gonna listen to her tonight. I think you should," the stationeer continued. "You should come with."

"I have a thing," Keith sighed.

"Flight attendant training?" The stationeer jokingly pointed to his jacket.

"It's Voltron. I have the semi-finals tonight," Keith explained.

"Really? I did not have you pegged as an a cappella girl."

"That's 'cause you don't know Keith like I do," Lance snapped, jogging down the stairs as he shrugged his own jacket on, glaring at the stationeer. "See you on the bus."

Keith watched him go as the stationeer stepped into the sound booth again. Lance was really short with the stationeer on Keith's behalf. Keith couldn't understand why.
