Zach and I headed down the streets and just chilled while jamming to his music in the cold night air. I had my arm out the car window slowing in the wind as Zach's hand was on my thigh, for a second I forgot about all my troubles.
"Zach, what are we?" I slowly asked, scared of his answer. Zach's hand stiffened instantly; I regretted every last word I just said and spoke the first words that came out my mouth. "You know what, never mind I shouldn't have said anything,"

"no no, its fine Paige honestly I was just scared of this question," Zach said nervously. But why would he be nervous about this question? We drove in silence for a while, not saying a word to each other the rest of the car ride back home. As I entered the house I said nothing to anyone; they were all surrounding me the second I came the room; all except Jack. I looked over to where he was just sitting on his phone in the living room; it saddened me yet made me so angry that he doesn't even care about his sister. Whatever, I stormed past the crowd of people right as Zach entered the door and ran to my room. 

There was a sudden muffle of voices as I slammed my door and flopped onto my bed. The only people I care about right now are Zach and Jack. Jack seems to not give two shits about me right now, and I feel like he never will at this point. Zach is terrific, but it looks like he doesn't want to do anything with whatever we are right now. As I contemplate my relationships with these boys, I hear a faint knock at the door, instead of getting up and answering the door I just let whoever that is sit outside until I 'm ready to talk.

Its been a few hours and I feel a little guilty for staying in my room; I mean I did just run away after being in my bedroom for hours already why am I still in here? I quickly jump off my bed and sprint straight to my door, and I see Suhani sitting outside my room beside the door.

"Suhani! how long have you been waiting for?" I ask I would never have done this if I knew it was her; the only reason I didn't answer is that I thought it was Zach if it was jack I could've been shocked. 

"don't worry girl, Jack said he waited a few minutes but gave up, and I've only been here for a like ten minutes," Suhani said casually. Jeez if my friend made me wait ten minutes for her, I'd be breaking the door down at two minutes; I love Suhani.

"well now that I'm done let's go out for coffee and ill fill you in on everything!" I say excited for some more time with my best friend. We haven't hung out since the boys came into town and frankly, that too long without her.

"yes totally! I love a bit of drama, is it about the guys downstairs in a huddle?" she asks, I peer over the raining to see them all in a circle in the middle of the living room. I chuckle at Suhanis response and head towards the door without care that anyone will see me. Jonah gets up from the group and heads towards me.

"Hey, Paige where you headded off to?" he askes trying to be as casual as possible, tushee my dude.

"Just to starbucks with Suhani, have fun with the boys!" I yell as the door closes on him. and into the car we went.
