Once we all got back from eating out, something felt off as we walked into to front door. I ignored it, but Daniel was very superstitious about every move we make; it made me laugh, but he was an idiot. Corbyn, Jonah and jack all went to their rooms, so Daniel, jack and I stayed downstairs for a while, the other guys were exhausted even though they did absolutely nothing today. For the next hour, Daniel kept freaking out over each small sound that was made, of it was Zach eating popcorn or a bird squawking from outside he was so jumpy.

It was around ten, and there was only the light from the tv lighting the house. Zach and I were cuddling while Daniel was latched onto my leg for safety, he looked so cute being scarred but Zach was asleep on my shoulder which was adorable. Soft snores came from his mouth, and he looked so peaceful. I was about to turn the television off when there was a sudden bang that came from outside near the pool; Daniel instantly stood up looking petrified, and I was frozen in my spot. Zach was slowly waking up, but the noise didn't seem to bother him as much as it did Daniel.

"What's happening?" Zach asked very groggy, he seemed very tired, but I didn't want anything to happen to him, so I pulled him up and led him upstairs. Daniel was already holding a bat and creeping towards the back door. Once we got to Zach's room, he plopped onto his bed and fell right to sleep again. I went into the bathroom to change into some more comfortable clothes; Daniel has the whole situation downstairs all good. It's just a raccoon or something anyway.

After I washed my face and got ready for bed, I walked back into the room to see Zach gone. I suddenly became anxious, hoping he was ok. I saw him standing on the deck looking out, and I told a sigh of relief. I walked towards Zach but before I could get to him there was a sudden sharp pain in the back of my head, and everything went black.

Zach's P.o.v
I got up from my bed because it was super uncomfortable and Daniel was making a lot of noise downstairs, so I decided to go to the deck for some fresh air. I looked up at the high stars and how bright they were tonight. I saw the Little Dipper, and there was a full moon to its left.
I looked back into the house to get some water when there was a sudden bang from behind me. I spun around to see absolutely nothing. I walked carefully downstairs to see a terrified Daniel holding a bat.

"Did you hear that Zach?" He asked, apparently freaked out. I laughed and played along with him until Daniel gave me his serious face. I instantly tensed up and walked back upstairs hoping Paige was okay.

I walked into my room only to find no trace of her anywhere, I looked in the washroom and my closet, but she was nowhere. I looked around the rest of the house and still no sign of her. I yelled for Daniel to look for her and even searching for her in the pantry she was officially gone. Soon after giving up I got a text from...

HOLY SHIT 1000 READS! Thank you all so much for this, I'm honestly so thankful for everything. Hoping the community of this book keeps growing, but each one of you is so much appreciated. So thanks for that.

I'm going through a lot of school drama atm, apparently, it's all my fault, but I did nothing wrong. I feel so fucking wrong even though I shouldn't, and it's killing my mood.

Don't forget to vote and comment like usual though! <3
