"..." Sapphire stays silent as Rose stared at the menu above the cashier. "...Rose, when are you ready to order?" Sapphire said blankly. Rose puts one finger to her. "Shh, I'm trying to decide what should I eat." Sapphire mentally facepalmed. The male cashier was very furious with Rose that he grinds his teeth. Rose finally lets out a sigh. "I guess I would have a burger with small fries and medium Pepsi." "Uh-huh, what about you, madam?" Cashier asked Sapphire. "A burger with fries." "No drink?" "No" "alright then, that would be $12.35." Rose begins to pull out her purse when Sapphire just give a cashier 15 dollars. "Here's your charges." Cashier gives bunch of quarters to Sapphire. Sapphire just stuffed her charges in her own purse. "I think I need to go to bathroom." Sapphire said as she glanced at Rose. "Okay~. I would get your food." Rose smiles at her. Sapphire sighed softly and went toward the girl bathroom. When she open the door, she was greeted with odd scene happens right there. There is a dark skinned girl dangling out from the air vent with pale girl attempts to help her get down. Both freezes up when they saw Sapphire. "..." Sapphire just stared at both girls. "...I don't want to know what was you two doing." Sapphire said blandly. "...Don't tell the manger." Dark skinned girl blurted out. Other girl just chuckles nervously. "...I won't." "...do you need a toilet?" "Ah. Excuse me." Sapphire walked past both girls to one of stalls and close the stall door. As Sapphire sits on the toilet, she heard a commotion outside. "Dude. What if she actually told the manger?" "Shut up, Ruby. Now why don't you just get the fuck down." "Alright! I'm trying! This one is bit sma- oh shit!" "Fuck!" A loud thud can be heard before a conversation peeps up. "Shit, Ruby. What the fuck did you eat?! Are you fucking eating junk foods again?!" "Look at who's talking!" "Fuck you, Ruby." "Fuck you too, Blake." "Alright! Get off of me, you little fucker before we got caught!" "Okay! Okay! I'm up now!" "Go go go go go go go." The conversation faded away implies they had left the girls bathroom. Sapphire stays there for awhile before she starts to snickering.
"Hello! I have your food here!" Rose said as she saw Sapphire come out and walked toward Rose. "Thank you, Rose." She said as she sits across her. "Say, did something happen in the bathroom? Because I saw two girls running out here. They have panicking faces like they're scared of something." Sapphire have to hold a snicker in. "I don't know." She said bluntly. "Come on, Sapphire. Show emotions," Rose said gently. "I know you have to keep emotions in but it won't kill you to showing a single emotion." Sapphire sighed softly as she glanced at outside. She spotted same girls at street crossing. They are arguing with each other. Pale girl, or Blake, was yelling at dark skinned girl, or Ruby, as she yelled back at Blake. Blake smacked her head. Ruby run up a bit before turning around, facing Blake. Sapphire can see her face red. Sapphire smiled a little. Ruby then turned around as Blake rolled her head around. She step side for awhile then she spotted Sapphire. Blake was confused for second but then she smirked. Blake turns around and yells at Ruby as she runs to catch up to her. Sapphire glanced at Rose, which forced on eating her burger. Sapphire glanced back at two pairs of girl, which they had vanished.
"...and that's how I met Ruby and Blake." Sapphire finished with a small smile. Amethyst lets a laugh while Pearl rolled her eyes. Lapis lets out a huff. "What are they even doing anyway?" Lapis asked. "...I didn't ask. And I would never ask." Sapphire said. "Holy shit! Ruby!" Four girls can heard Blake yelling from another room. All of them looks to see wet Ruby dangling from a hole that was broken from bathroom at top floor, due the pipe get burst up and Blake, on the ladder, trying to help Ruby get down while laughing at her misery. Peridot was gawking at them while Lily(Yellow Pearl) was starring at them with confusion and disbelief. Sapphire giggled softly as Ruby flails around as Blake, laughing out loud, tried to grab her arms that was flailing around. 'Yeah, our first meeting is uneventful but I'm glad that happened because I wouldn't meet my love of life. Not by a long shot.' Sapphire thought as she glanced at Ruby and she smiled softly.
