Once again, I have no idea what I'm doing with my life.
Pearl sighed heavily as the door opens to the living room. She walked toward the warp pad. "Gosh, I still don't understand the point of sleeping. Why does Amethyst even like it?" Pearl muttered as she rubs her pearl. She stopped when she saw faint of pink glow. She looks over at Steven's bed and she saw someone that was gone for long time. A tall, glowing, pink woman with large curly hair in cute dress like clothes kneels by the bed. Steven was tucked in the blanket but the pink glow comes from his gem.
Pearl was stunned when she stares at her former superior. "I'm so proud of you, Steven." Pearl blinks as she heard her talking to her son. Pearl can feel a tear swells from her eye. "Pearl....." Pearl jumps a little when Pink Diamond turns her head to Pearl with sad smile. "Thank you for everything." Pink smiled at her sadly before she faded away. Pearl shallows a lump in her throat. Pearl walks and sit down the couch. She leans back and look at the ceiling. "...You're welcome, My Diamond..." Pearl whispers softly.
It's too short, why. It's nighttime for god's sake.
