Cooper was on the transportation monorail on the way home. He took the college application form out of his pocket. His smile slowly dropped to a frown. He knew he couldn't submit this application, it would be too much for Phoebe to live alone, and he knew that, just, he really wanted to go to college. He decided he would wait until he got his S.A.T. scores in the mail and decide from there. He would need at least 1200/1600 to get a decent job. Cooper didn't really care anymore about being a Cop Dog, he knew it was just a dream in the distant future.
Cooper folded the form back up and placed it back in its rightful spot in his back pocket, he didn't want to think about that anymore. The monorail had reached the Purse Palace. Cooper unstrapped his seatbelt and exited the transportation center. He grabbed his things and headed straight for his room. He put some of his luggage on his bed and walked into the dressing room/walk-in closet. He undressed and put on a comfortable collar and grabbed his college form to hide it in plain sight behind the dashboard of a lite-bright. He wasn't going to let Phoebe see it anytime soon.
Cooper walked into Phoebe's room, even though the sign on the door said: "PHOEBE'S ONLY!" He chuckled and opened the door. He walked in and saw Phoebe doing something he'd never seen before. She had earbuds in and it literally looked like she had been dancing for hours.
"I've been hearing symphonies!" Phoebe sang. "Before all I heard was silence! A Rhapsody for you and meee! And every melody is timeless!"
"Uh, Phoebe?" Cooper asked a bit weirded out, to be honest.
"LIFE WAS STRINGING ME ALOONG!!!" Phoebe sang louder.
"PHOEBE!!!!!!!" Cooper yelled.
Phoebe gasped. "Cooper!" she yelped dropping her iPhone, her earbuds falling out of her ears. "I... I was... I was just ummmm... talking to myself in short melodies where my tune went up and down!" Phoebe tried.
"That's called singing!" Cooper laughed. "You were REALLY jamming out there, Phoebe!" he laughed till he choked on his laughter. "I've never seen or heard you do THAT before! HAHAHAHAHA!"
"No!" Phoebe argued again, accidentally unplugging her earbuds. Music BLASTED out of the phone. Phoebe blushed and mentioned the sign on the door.
