Álvaro Morata

I love my job. In fact I met the man of my dreams during my time as a Chelsea Lady. I have a match today and Álvaro is watching, I hope I impress him and that he will be proud of me. I line up behind the other girls and walk onto the pitch. The fans scream as we get into our positions, I scan the crowd from Álvaro. I see him and he gives me a thumbs up, I smile back. The first whistle blows and this is where it starts.
The ball comes to my feet, I run dodging the other team, I kick it with everything I've got and it hits the back of the net. I celebrate, the other girls hugging me and congratulating me. I look at Álvaro who is stood up out of his seat cheering. I smile at him as he blows me a kiss. I give him one back before getting ready again.

It's half time. And it's 3-1. I get ready for the second half and I get a text from Álvaro.
Well done, beautiful. Expect to see me on the pitch at full time 😘😉
I smile at his comment before rushing back on the pitch.
The other team looks disappointed and tired, however, our fans gave us the energy to carry on.
I get into my position as the whistle goes off.

Finally, the full time whistle goes off, I managed to score 2 more goals. We celebrate for what seems like hours, the fans shouting "Laura!". I feel a tight pair of arms hugging me. I turn around and its Álvaro, looking as handsome as ever.
"Well done princess, you did well."
"Thank you. I'm glad you came to watch." I peck his lips and look into his eyes.
"I wanna tell you how beautiful you were from where I was sitting."
"Thank you. You look handsome every day."
"Thank you Laura, my love. I have a surprise for you."
"Ok what is it?"
"You'll find out later. Come on its getting dark."
I quickly get changed and jump in the car. "Please tell me where we're going."
"No it's a surprise."
"Ughh, I hate surprises." I say looking out of the window.
His hand reaches for my thigh and he smirks, I laugh at him.
"Trust me baby you'll love this, I want you to put a blindfold on."
I grab the blindfold and cover my eyes. I hear the car stop and the door open. "Come on, grab my hands."
I do as he says and he takes me somewhere.
"You can open your blindfold now."
I pull it off my eyes and stare at the view in front of me.
"I heard you love the beach so since you did amazingly well I decided this could be a treat."
"Oh my god I-I love it. Thank you." Tears brim in my eyes. I look back at him and the tears escape. He was on one knee with the prettiest ring ever.
"Laura. Ever since I first saw you on the pitch I knew you were the right woman for me. I love you so much and will you marry me?"
I nod my head quickly as he slides the ring on. I jump and wrap my legs around him, the ocean breeze and the waves calm me.
I'll soon be Mrs. Laura Morata.
