Chapter 7: The Edward Twins channel

Holly's P.O.V

I hear a knock at the door,I walk over there checking my phone for any messages.I open the door and see Collins and Devan standing in front of me smiling "Hey" Collins says smiling. "We've got the camera and all the other stuff we need" Devan says showing his arms full of equipment.
"That's great just come in and sit on the sofa while I go and grab Lucy" I say sprinting upstairs leaving them in the living room.

"Lucy?!" I shout looking in all the upstairs rooms,I find her in her bedroom lying in her bed watching tv. "Devan and Collins are here" I explain shutting the door behind me. "Really?,I'm still in my pyjamas" Lucy says horrified.I throw jeans and a top at her,and she starts to frantically get dressed. "And here have this,you don't want to smell" I say laughing as I throw her a body mist from her dressing table.She sprays it frantically all over herself.And combs her long brown hair.

Lucy's P.O.V

We make our way downstairs and spot Devan and Collins sitting on the sofa chatting,Holly walks across to kitchen to start making drinks. "Hi" I say looking at them.Holly puts her head round the corner of the doorway smiling. "Anyone want drinks?" Holly asks tapping a cup in her hand. "Yeah I'll have some Coke" Says Devan. "Me too" chimes in Collins.I walk to the kitchen and watch Holly make drinks with no intention of actually helping her because I'm lazy.

I boil the kettle for me and Holly to make tea.Holly walks into the living room and gives them their drinks.Once everyone is sat down ready we start to set up our youtube channel. "So I was thinking this,what about you have an introduction video first and talk about yourselves,like your hobbies and your interests..." Explains Collins as he types notes into his laptop. "Yeah that sounds good" says Holly grabbing her laptop.
"So what's your thoughts?" I ask Devan he looks quickly and becomes part of the conversation. "Well you could do a collab with us after your intro video" He says sitting next to me.

We start our intro video five minutes later...

"Hi welcome to our channel and this is our first video,I'm Holly and I like singing dancing and acting and I am known as the loud and outgoing twin.Hi I'm Lucy and known as the quiet and creative twin who loves art reading and music" The rest of the video we talk about how we moved to California from London and our childhood lives.

After the video we take a break and all high-five each other laughing at Collins who has somehow tripped over his own camera equipment.Tears come out his eyes as his face goes a shade red.All of us laugh at him as he gets up off the floor.

After a quick break ,we set up the camera equipment ready for the video with Collins and Devan.We couldn't wait to get started.

"Hi  welcome back to out channel" Me and Holly said in unison."And today we have got some very special guests!"Holly exclaimed looking at me in excitement. "Introducing...Collins and Devan Key".Collins and Devan walk from behind the camera and sit down next to us."So today we are going to do the an edible slime video" Said Collins,"Also remember to subscribe to the twins channel,as they are new here" Explains Devan."And lets get started" We all shout together.

After video we all start to pack up the slime and all the stuff we used.And somehow Collins managed to get slime in his hair which he had to wash out.Devan starts to pack away all the camera equipment into a box as Collins lays on the sofa watching him."So now I'll edit all the stuff for the video and it should be uploaded by tonight" Collins says typing into his laptop."Thanks so much"Holly says going over to Collins to look at the camera footage."Yea you've been a real help" I say to both of them.

We all look the other way as we hear keys twisting in the lock of our front door,mum and dad come in smiling."I see you lot are all getting along well" our mum says as dad smiles at Devan and Collins."Well anyway we should get going now" Says Devan grabbing the box."Bye" me and Holly say as they make their way out the door.

Holly's P.O.V

I sit on my bed looking out the window at the other houses in the neighbourhood.I braid my hair as I chat to Lucy."It was really fun today".My phone pings, I turn on the screen smiling from ear to ear as I look at the notification on my phone."Look" I say showing Lucy my phone smiling."OMG,our video has uploaded" Lucy says hugging me.

We go into youtube and watch all the videos we made today,laughing at the stupidity of ourselves.I see Lucy's phone ,light up the room as she walks over to it,"Its Devan,he says our video is trending on Youtube and its already got 100k views in the first hour of being uploaded."Thats crazy"I say jumping up and down in excitement."And do you know what that calls for milkshakes at the diner down the road,we should invite Devan and Collins as well,they are the reason our video is trending" Explains Lucy Excitedly.

Later that night I lay in my bed looking up at the ceiling smiling,tomorrows going to be a good day I think to myself.If I can ever get to sleep that is due to the fact that my phone is constantly pinging with notifications from youtube and all my other social medias I decide to pick up my phone and read one before I go to sleep,Instagram and go into my DMs,"Who are you?,and why are you suddenly collabing with Collins and Devan"I sighed turning off my phone,well no one said being a Youtuber would be easy.
