Michelle stretched her neck, as she felt a crick. "Man teaching those new recruits are annoying, but they are making progress." She was walking down the hall towards the chairman's office. "Hopefully I'll get to take a nap before tonight." She was not looking forward to all those hunter, vampire, and human parents. She especially didn't like Ness's parents. They were crazy, and expected their six children to all become expert vampire hunters, and hunt down those that killed their great-great- grandfather, many years ago. "They'll go crazy if they hear their youngest daughter wants to become a vampire."

She arrived at her mothers office, and opened the door; ducking as a knife was thrown her way, and stuck into the wall. "Mom!" She glared at her mother was twirling another knife in her had, with a dark, deep scowl on her face. "Ah, sorry honey." The scowl disappeared and went into a smile. "How are you? And how is the training going for the new recruits?" She ducked her mother's hug. "Hold on a minute. Every time you have that forced smile, something is wrong. And I can tell something is really wrong, with that vein ticking in your forehead, and the gnashing teeth in your smile." She looked her up and down, in a defensive position. Her mother looked at her face, and sighed. "Fine, you win." She leaned back on her desk.

"I just off the phone with Ness's father. Apparently, he made it known, that his daughter will not become a vampire, and will be married off to a man of their choosing. We are to not interfere with family business, and are to stay away." Michelle clicked her tongue. "Over my dead body. They already have five other their children as mindless drones, and married to people they don't even like, their not going to ruin hers." She crossed her arms. "They can take her back over my dead, mindless, bloodless, corpse." Vanessa giggled as she thought she saw little puffs of smoke shooting out of her ears. She sighed with a blushing smile. "It's awesome how we are so alike." Michelle looked at her mother. Sighing, "Oh great, here comes her weird smile." She shivered in creepy vibes.

"Do you want me to tell Ness?" She asked her mother. Vanessa shook her head. "No, let her have her happiness." She scrubbed a hand over her face. "It's especially bad because of what their going to do." Michelle didn't like the sound of that. "What do you mean?" Vanessa growled. "They're bringing the man that will become Ness's husband, and her siblings will come over as well." Michelle shrugged. "So, I'll just tell him straight up, that she's not going." She balled her fists, and pulled a few punches. Vanessa shook her head. "That's not it." She crossed her arms. "The man their having her marry is a sick son-of-a-bitch, who doesn't care how woman think, they should only do what they are told." Mich felt her temper flare. "Why does that make me want to kick his ass to kingdom come? Does that make me a bad person?" Vanessa smiled at her. "No, it doesn't. Trust me, I've wanted to kick his ass, and boot him out of he hunters association myself, but have been denied that request several times." Michelle snorted. "I don't see why they would keep him."

Her mother nodded. "I know, and if that asshole Marcus would get off his high horse, and realize that, things would be so much better. But...he has to have his pride intact, and think he knows best. He doesn't even realize he's hurting his children lives, and his own." Michelle got an idea. She took out her phone and dialed a number. "Hello, hacker extraordinaire, and over all genius, Hack speaking. How may I help you?" She rolled her eyes. "Knock it off, Hack. I can tell you've been doing something again." She heard a cough, and a rustle of papers, until the voice spoke. "Hey, Michelle, what's happening?" He said all to cheerfully. "Your still in trouble." She heard him grumble. "That's not why I called, Hack. I need some information.I need you to find everything you can about the history of the McCain family. It is to save a friend of mine, and tell your wife to wake up 'them'." She heard a reply, and then a fall. Hanging up, she sighed. "He always falls on something."

"Who was that?" She jumped, as he mother was just in her ear. "Mom, don't do that." She gasped out. Vanessa smiled. "Hey, it's a mom's job to scare their kids." Michelle scowled "No it's not. Parents just do it for the hell of it, because it keeps their children on the toes." Vanessa laughed. "And don't you forget it." Michelle rubbed her chest, she still couldn't get rid of the weird feeling. "So, how are the plans for the parents day?" Her mother shrugged. "Eh, it's coming along. The parents for the regular students are coming in the morning, and then when they leave the hunter students parents and the vampires are coming at night." She scratched her head. "Just need to figure out how to not cause a conflict, especially with Ness's family." She started pacing. "I'll just see myself out. I need to check on the new recruits. And tonight is going to be a pain in the ass."
