Elijah was out making alliances with people on the streets of New Orleans, mid conversation you walk pass the ally he was down.
"So Elijah you want to make a truce between the werewolves and the vampires" the wolf asks
"That is the plan Jeffery, will you honour the treaty I plan to put in place?" Elijah asks
"As long as the vampire stick to the treaty we will" he tells
Elijah went to say something when you walked pass the ally and caught Elijah attention
"Erm I will get everything sorted and contact you when the treaty is ready to signed, please excuse me I have business to attend goodbye Jeffery." Elijah says his goodbye and vampires after you.
