Today was the day. The day of traveling. The day of adventure. The day we all feared. The day where we will start to see it all. I woke up and ate a few mint custard bursts. I really was not hungry, but I knew I needed some energy for the voyage. Andromeda walked outside with me talking about something that I wasn't listening to.
"I still don't understand why you are out here. If you need fresh air, there is no need to bring your Earth backpack. You shouldn't even be bringing your Earth backpack. Somebody going to notice and ask." I gave her hand a slight squeeze.
"What are you even doing anyway?"
"I'm going to be traveling."
"How long? Where are you going? Are you going alone?" I sighed.
"I don't know how long I don't know where I am going and I am going with 2 more trusted people. I don't know when I'll get back. But when I do, I will be safe." I said. Tears welled in her eyes. I gave her a hug while her body shook with fear. we said our goodbyes and I left.
"I will be back" I murmured to myself.
I will be back.
A/N I am actually crying. XD This is so bad, but I did want to have something to look back on in 10 years.
