Shannay's Point of View
"Shan" Brianna said. I didn't reply. I have nothing to say after what I just saw in the park. The hurt and confusion in my head yet still I can't stop loving him. I ask myself... why me. Why did I have to fall hard on this fool and love him unconditionally.
"Shannay please talk to us" Bailey said trying to comfort me by putting her hands on my shoulder. I shrugged her off.
"You lot knew didn't you" Danny asked Brianna and Bailey.
They looked at each other and waited 10seconds to reply.
"Yeah but..." Brianna started to say.
"Nah you lot are some shit friends. I honestly don't know why Shannay jams with you two" he added.
"Wait... you don't even know what went down..."
"Well tell me then" I finally spoke out.
"Well... Janice is my god sister and we just started to get close. I didn't even know it was her that was carrying his yout. I knew she was pregnant at one time and she had a girl but I honestly didn't know it was Jordan's. Well I saw her yesterday and she was ready to meet Jordan at the park. I was like to her which Jordan and she showed me a picture from her key ring with Jordan and their yout when she was like a new born. We exchanged numbers and that's when I had to set him up. I knew he was booky. He doesn't deserve you Shan..." Brianna explained then Danny cut it and said,
"Well at least your right about that"
"Lemme me finish. Anyways after you and him broke up Janice told me how he went to her house and explained then told him how he loves her and how he always loved her even when he was with you Shan. She told me how they have sex but it's off and on and these times when you and him was together. Its like they was unfortunately made for each other. He said how he wants them to be a family and they beat right after that. I wanted to tell you but it was a lot of pressure and I didn't have the balls"
"That's when she told me this morning when you was downstairs" Bailey said.
"She told me everything and I told her to just tell you because we love you and you should know what a complete dick he's been to you. But when she called your name to come upstairs you was so moody because obviously its morning for you but at the time even I was scared to tell you" she added on.
"Me and Bailey are so sorry we waited this long to tell you. I didn't know they was going to be there. I'm scared of loosing you as my friend" Brianna said.
"So your saying this now when she more then upset. She saw shit she didn't want to see" Danny snapped. They shut their mouths and didn't say a word. After hearing what I just heard from them both made me more upset and angry. I didn't know what to do with myself. I felt like nothing can go any worse. Why did this shit have to happen to me.
"Thanks. All of you. I just really need to be on my own. Am going home yeah. I'll see lot another time." I struggled to say and walked off. I was really upset and I didn't know what to do.
Jordan's Point of View
The journey back home to Janice's house was a bit awkward and quieter then usual. I didn't say much because true say I was just in a fight and also I just seeing how hurt Shannay was made me think. I still don't want to get back together with her because I did mean what I said to Janice and I know she's right for me more then Shannay is. I just had to think that I made mental damage to her and that's all on me. I just think to myself what did I do for her to be in love with me that much. Was it my personality? My looks? How I played with her? Only she knows and right now I wish I had nothing to do with her and maybe she would of never been like this.
"Why you so quiet babe?" Janice asked.
"Am thinking" I replied.
"About what? Shannay" she asked. I nodded.
"So what you want her back now"
"No"
"So why you thinking about her then"
"Janice please drop it"
She kissed her teeth and walked faster with the buggy until we go to the house. I entered the house a lot later then her and we was in Paige's room putting Paige in her cot cause she was sleeping.
"Listen Janice..."
"Shhh" Janice hushed and pointed me to come out Paige's room so that's what I did and Janice followed. She closed the door behind her and then waited for me to talk.
"Listen Janice... Whatever it might seem to you that I'm thinking about you won't change what I said about me, you and Paige. You do know that right"
"Yeah" she replied.
"I was just thinking about her because I feel guilty by they way she's acting"
"It's because she's in love. Too too deep in love. She so in love she ain't even thinking straight. Love can turn people fool. You kind of abused it that's why she's hurting and I did tell you. But she will get over it... I think" she said. I didn't really say much after that but we both went to sit down and watch Tv.
"Did you know me and Brianna are god sisters" Janice said out the blue.
"What?"
"I said... me and Brianna are god sisters"
"Ahh fuh real yeah?"
"Yeah..." and then Paige started to cry.
"Let me get her" I said then I kissed Janice's forehead. I walked to Paige's room.
"Paige..." I started to say until I opened the door. I was shocked.
Shannay was holding Paige in her arms.
