❝Leave. Him. Alone.❞

Scarlett's POV

"Sis, what you looking at?" Paul asks me and I blink quickly. But then Paul turns his head, seeing her.

"I-I-I-" Lucy nudges Paul and he slams his mouth shut.

"Is that her?" I take a deep breath and I feel Benedict squeeze my hand.

I then face him, with my mouth drooping more.

"Hey, hey!" He whispers and cups my face in his hands. "Listen to me... I promise she won't ruin us again. I love you, and only you." He kisses my forehead.

I loved the man. I mean I love him. "Listen, I'll tell her to piss off okay?" Biting my bottom lip, I watch Benedict stand up and make his way to the bar counter. It's where she was.

I couldn't hear what Benedict was saying, but I was hoping it would work.

Lucy called my name, and reassured me.

"Scarlett! It'll be o...kay..." I frown.

Lucy stares at the bar and then face me, with a weak smile.

"Sis, I..." Paul attempted to get my attention, but it was elsewhere.

I gasped and groaned at the scene in front of me.

All I could see was her hand on Benedict's should. She was right up to his face. She was... flirting with him.

Benedict was just brushing away her hands, but they'd find there way back onto him.

It made me physically sick.

The baby was kicking, more than usual. So, I rushed past Benedict and made my way into the bathroom.

I breathed in and out, trying to calm the kicks. They were a little softer now, so I guess I was able to cope with them.

Sick did crawl up my throat, but I swallowed hard and made sure that the baby was okay- that he was not kicking like crazy.

After calming myself, I made my way back to my seat, but I had to pause a few times. Some of it was the baby, but most of it was just her.

I saw her again, close to him. Benedict had a frown on his face, but I had to take charge.

"Hey!" I grabbed her hand and threw it back at her. "Let go of my husband!" I growled.

"Why? We had a beautiful night together just like, a few months ago, didn't we, swee-" I slap her cheek as hard as I could, and took a deep breath.

Her head flew to the left, and she gasped.

I heard Lucy burst out laughing behind me.

However, the whole restaurant had gone quiet. All eyes were on me, this damn women and Benedict.

But I didn't care. I had to get it out.

"You need to get the fuck out of here, lady!" I felt Benedict's hands on my shoulders.

"Scar, please-"

"No!" I scream. "Don't you care?" I whisper angrily.

But, seconds later, I groaned and squeeze Benedict's hand.

"Scar, baby?"

"Ah!"

Lucy and Paul rush over and hold my hand.

"I think we should head home guys." Paul says, and Benedict holds my hand, as Paul opens the door for us all to leave.

He helps me into the car and I breathe in and out, calming myself.

Benedict opens his door, and shouts to Paul.

"Paul, see you at home, stay right behind me! Keep you updated!" He sat in the drivers seat and put his seatbelt on. "Scar, you okay?" Tears roll down my face and I look outside.

I hear Benedict sigh.

A few minutes later, the kicking calmed down a bit and Benedict decided to talk again.

"Hey, you okay?" I didn't answer. "Baby, please... talk." I turn my head towards him.

"I can't believe that you didn't even support me back there..."

"I di-"

"She ruined our life and yet you allow her to be all fiddly with you!" I shouted.

"You know-"

"Shut up!" I scream. "Just shut- argh!"

"Scar, are you-!"

"Ben, look out!"

And everything went black.
