Here's a photo of Morgan, played by Billie Lourd.

Sienna's POV

Jessie and I hailed a cab to go over to Chelsie's apartment and to meet Morgan. I was slightly apprehensive to meet her as I wasn't sure how we'd get along, but I hoped for the best.

We buzzed Chelsie's apartment number and the doorman let us in when she accepted. We entered Chelsie's apartment and I immediately saw four figures standing in her kitchen. One was Chelsie, one was who I presumed to be Morgan as the two others were male, and one was Brendon. There was another guy who I didn't recognise too, but I didn't know many people in New York so that wasn't too much of a surprise.

"Hey guys!" Chelsie beamed as she came over to us and engulfed us into a hug. "So great that you're here!"

Jessie smiled and said hello to everyone, as she was a little more familiar with them than I was, and I just stood back and smiled. I didn't really know what to do with myself.

Chelsie picked up on it straight away though, she came over to me and pushed me forward a little so that everyone could see me. Of course I already had met Brendon, he probably didn't remember me though, but everyone else was a stranger so she made it her job to get us all acquainted.

"Guys, this is Sienna. She's from Texas and she just moved here!" The girl, who I knew was Morgan, smiled at me and said "Lovely to meet you! I'm Morgan!"

And the guy came forward and said "And I'm Zack, nice to meet you."

I smiled at them both, unsure of what else to do.

"Nice to see you again Sienna." Brendon said after a few seconds of silence. I was a bit surprised, but I quickly responded. "Oh, yeah...you too!"

I wanted the situation to be over as quickly as possible. I didn't know what to do with myself. Thankfully Zack and Brendon had that coats in their hands, which meant they were leaving.

"All right, I guess we better head off and leave you ladies to it." Brendon smiled, at his step sister and Morgan in particular.

"See you later, Bren." Morgan smiled, and gave him a hug.

"Bye Bren!" Chelsie chimed in too.

Zack waved a goodbye and the two boys left the apartment.

Chelsie instantly turned to Morgan. "It's going so well between you two!" She exclaimed.

"Yeah I really like him!" Morgan gushed.

My heart sank a little, but I mean I shouldn't have got my hopes up, and anyway, he hardly knew me, so what was I thinking in the first place?

"And what did you think of Zack?" Morgan asked Chelsie.

"He's really cute, do you think I'd have a shot?"

"Of course you would! And he's a really great guy! You two would be great together!"

Chelsie turned her attention back to Jessie and I. "Oh god you guys! I'm such a bad host, sorry! We'd better get going, I reserved us a table for 8 and it was one of the last ones, they'll definitely give it to someone else if we're not on time!"

Chelsie rounded us up while hailing a cab, and we all made our way down to the lobby to wait for the cab.

"I'm so happy you're moving on, Chels!" Jessie told Chelsie as we waited. "My brother is such a dick, you deserve way better."

Chelsie smiled a sort of soppy smile and pulled her into a hug. "Thanks Jessie! If it weren't for you and Sienna I would probably still be lying on my bed crying! Thank you both so much!"

She hugged me too. Chelsie and Jessie continued to babble on about Zack and Morgan took the opportunity to talk to me.

"So Chelsie says you're from Texas! What's it like there? I bet it's so much warmer there, you still have the tan!"

"Yeah it's nice there, so different from here! It's so hard to find my way around."

"And I bet you miss your family too!"

"Yeah, my mom came to visit me already."

I didn't particularly miss my family, I more missed my old life. I missed knowing what was going on all the time and I missed the little café that I worked in and I missed staying over at Peyton's house and doing face masks and watching Grease on a Saturday night. Although I loved it here, I was homesick for my old life. But I knew that this was where I was supposed to be.

The cab came and picked us up. It drop us right outside of a restaurant called 'Pisces'.

"They do the best fish here!" Chelsie exclaimed. "It's the best in Manhattan!"

We got in just in time for our reservation and sat down at our table. The place was basically full. There were people at every table, all joking and laughing. What surprised me the most was that it wasn't just suited men or ladies with jewellery bright enough to blind you. It was all kinds of people, which was something I wasn't really used to seeing. Usually, I felt underdressed in all of the restaurants I went to, especially back home. But people know you're from money regardless, because you wouldn't be let in the door otherwise. It was all about connections. I was used to getting into fancy places because 'my cousin's husband's brother-in-law was friends with the owner' , and of course they knew who that was and so they would wine and dine you so you'd tell him you had a lovely time and he would tell more fancy people he knew and they would go there too, and that's how they stay in business.

It was nice to be with ordinary people, I never really got the chance to go to ordinary places back home. Since Peyton was my only real close friend we  never really went out for dinner, just the two of us. And the only times I did was usually with my parents or my family and they would always pick the most overpriced extravagant places, because that's just the kind of people they were. Working in the café had helped me become a bit more level headed and realise how absolutely extortionate the prices at those restaurants were, because when I would go for lunch on that side of the city a whole three course meal there  would cost you the price of maybe a starter at my parent's favourite places.

Just after we sat down at the table I got a text.

Just in case you need it.

I didn't need it. I didn't need any of it. I was getting paid on Friday and that amount would be more than enough to get me by. And there was still money already there, that was the worst part. There was still so much money there that I didn't know what to do with. And the amount was just going to keep growing.

"We should totally go shopping this weekend!" Chelsie said all of a sudden. And I jumped a little. I usually didn't shop a lot, unless necessary, or unless Peyton wanted to go, and I got dragged along. But it seemed like a good way to get rid of some of this money and it would definitely make my mother happy.

"Sounds like a great idea." I smiled.

"Count me in!" Jessie added.

We ordered our food and some drinks and we clinked glasses to celebrate my first day at my internship.

"That's so exciting!" Chelsie gushed.  "I have no idea what I'm going to do after college!"

We chatted some more and ate our meals. Jessie insisted to pay for everyone's meals as it was my special dinner and also her treat. Chelsie said we'll have to have drinks on Saturday night on her to call it even. I said that Sunday morning lunch would be on me. Morgan laughed and said "I guess that leaves me to pay for the cabs!"
