"Happy birthday to you," she sang, "happy birthday to you! Happy birthday Violeta, happy birthday to you!"

Everybody cheered and clapped, and she went to her daughter and gave her cheek a fat kiss. She gave her mum a hug and then her dad, with her small arms around his neck.

"Happy birthday Violeta," Ivaan and Ina said in unison, always in sync, never a beat apart.

"Open the gifts Violeta!" Kader said, his little hands gripping the table's sides and the dimples at his cheeks deepening when he smiled excitedly.

"Yes open them Violeta," Heaven insisted, looking at her with big, blue eyes, which were intense on their own and even more intensified by the section of brown. "Open my gift first."

"So nobody wants cake?" Ina asked. "I made it."

The kids gasped, and unintentionally, Ina had set a catastrophe. The kids begun digging in with plastic spoons at the cake, and all kids rushed to the table to get a handful as well. Others just grabbed the candy and ran.

"Where are the twins?" Amé asked Ina, as they stood side by side. Damon and Ivaan were beside them, lost in some conversation about statistics, investments and whatnot.

"Running about," Ina grinned, and pointed at the blonde heads rolling on the grass. "Ivaan and I think they have ADHD."

"Is that a joke or?" Amé frowned.

"Dead serious," she said, yet with a smile. "Hope get off of that tree!" She shouted. "Now!"

Amé laughed. How Ina had the patience for four children, all a year apart, was a mystery to her. Heaven was now three, Kader was four, and the twins were five. There's also a rumor that Ivaan and Ina will go for another child, since apparently their lives aren't a large ruckus yet, and are moving to a mansion in Miami so the kids get their own rooms.

"Mommy?"

Amé looked down at Hades. He was Amé's second and youngest son, two years apart from her daughter Violeta. "What's wrong pumpkin?" She frowned, getting down on her knees to be at eye-level with her son.

He looked exactly like Damon. Green eyes, dark hair, he might as well been the product of asexual reproduction. "My hands," and he opened his palms.

She sucked in a deep breath. "Don't cry baby," and she kissed his hands, grabbed the napkin and a water bottle Ina offered, and dabbed his hands clean. "I'll give you the magic kiss, but you must be ready and strong."

Hades took a deep breath and said, "ready."

Amé pressed her lips to his palms, each a long lasting kiss, put them together, warmed them up in her hands, and let them go. "Now be careful, you have to let the magic work."
