"Damn, my chest and back hurt, what the hell?" I ease up in my bed realizing that I am clothesless under my blanket.

Was that real last night? It seems like such a dream. Chloe seemed so upset to see my arm torn up like that. 'Stupid Jimmy, you shouldn't have cut again.' I'm so glad she didn't cry about it, but she did help me clean it and cover it back up. She's a real leather rebel angel.

I look over and see a lump under the blankets, I can only assume it's Chloe. I smile as I rub the top of her head that's poking out of the blankets. Slowly, I get out of bed and realize it's Saturday, just two more days left of vacation before I have to attend classes again.

*Buzz, Buzz, Buzz* My phone vibrates and I see it's a call from Mom.

I answer quickly "MOM?!?!? Mom it's Jimmy!"

"Hi sweetie." I hear from the other end. "How are your classes going? I'm going to come see you for your birthday, it's in a couple weeks. I can't wait to see you. "

"I cant wait to see you either mom, you'll be able to meet Chloe and see how amazing she is."

"That's great hon, I love you and can't wait to see you and Chloe."

"I love you too, Mom. Talk to you soon."

"Bye Ms. Carswell, I'll keep him in line for you." Chloe says startling me.

"You two behave, love you."

*click* The call ends and I turn around to see Chloe. "Awww, Jimmy loves his mommy." Chloes adorably sleepy voice said.

"Damn right Jimmy loves his mommy, she's the only family member I have that actually cares about me." I walk over to the bed and sit next to the lump that is Chloe Price. "I don't know what I'd do if I lost her.... it's been a few months but it feels like not a day has gone since I heard her voice last."

I feel arms wrap around my waist and feel a pair of lips kiss my cheek, "I can't wait to meet her. She sounds nice and I know you miss her."

"You will love her." I look at my phone and realize it's only 9:30 am. "You want to go get some breakfast? Or I can go and bring it back."

"You go bring it back, and I'll 'tidy' up your room," Chloe says with a smirk. I don't like the sound of that but what can I do, she's offering to clean my room. I put on my Avenged Sevenfold shirt, my black shorts and my purple converse, grab my headphones and phone before I head out.

As I'm walking towards the bus stop, I see Max sitting on a bench by the fountain talking to Kate Marsh, a girl in one of my classes here at Blackwell, very very shy girl but nice when she does talk to me.

"Hey Max, Hey Kate, what's going on?" Kate has tears running down her face and smiles when she sees me. I am well aware of Vicwhoria poking fun and name calling towards this sweet girl, but I've never seen it make her cry.

"Oh, hi-i Jimmy," Max says "I just asked Kate the same thing, so go on Kate tell him what you told me."

"Well, I over heard David Madsen say he was watching the boys dorm and he saw a girl sneak in through a window but he couldn't tell which window, he then spotted me and backed me against a wall asking what I heard and what I saw, he was being really mean." Kate said as she started crying harder. "He was so mean about it."

"Shit, i gotta text Chloe." I whip out my phone and text her:

J:Chloe get out of there your stepdouche is on a search. He saw a woman sneak into the dorms last night.
C: Shit, alright thanks for the heads up, come to my house after you get breakfast, Joyce will let you in.
J: Cool see ya then babe,
