Epilogue: The War of Red and Black

Grim's POV

I couldn't believe (Y/N) actually turned against me so quickly. I didn't think she had it in her, destroying my best base. The weapon hasn't been recovered yet, and I'm sure that the other armies are aware of the incident. I was the only one who knew how vulnerable we truly were at this point. My soldiers have been as loyal as ever, despite our losses. Despite how much of a fool I've made out of my self. For all I know, they could turn on me the same way (Y/N) did. No. I need another beast. I need (Y/N). Though, I can't risk her killing me on the spot...I need to find her and give her a reason to come back. A reason to stay.

"Sir?" I was interrupted from my thoughts by my best soldier, Crow. He always seemed to know whenever I was bothered by something.

"Yes, what it is?"

"We lost the spy team that was sent to a Red Army base."

"What? How?!"

"Reports say its was the soldiers of the Red Army or the explosive we had given them, but there is no sure cause." This was unexpected. Even for the Red Army. Was Red Leader there? Does he have a new weapon as well? No matter, I lost more of my men. No thanks to that beast screwing everything up.

"What about (Y/N)? Any sign of her?" I asked in a demanding tone. Crow seemed hesitant. I don't blame him. He almost died by her claws when she went mad. I suppose that's my fault. I made her that way.

"There's been reports from our spies in England before they were killed, but..." he looked at the ground then sighed as he looked back to me, "Sir, are you sure we should go after her?"

"Are you saying she's alive?"

"That's just it. We're not sure. The spies that were sent out filed a report of her being at a local bar then she got into trouble. We believe there may have been some Red Army soldiers in the area." I froze for a moment. If she really did run into Red Army soldier, she wouldn't hesitate to let them kill her. But then...

"They have her." I spoke up, surprising Crow.

"Sir?"

"The Red Army has (Y/N). They're either using her against or keeping her prisoner for all her crimes against them." This is all to easy. If I can get to her before the Red Army strikes, I can bribe her. With something she's always wanted. True freedom. From the monster I've turned her into. Once I finish off the other armies, I'll have full control. Although....keeping such a promise to her...something I cannot do.

I'll have to keep her...
