names and running

jake wakes up to the girl sitting up in bed "woah what are you doing up already" he says with surprise echoing in his voice. "jake i have a question, why does everyone else have names and i dont?" he hastily responds with "some people just forget to give them i guess." thye sit in silence for several minutes.  "jake?"  

"yeah?"

"can you give me a name? i feel like you will give me a pretty name."

"yeah but are you feeling alright your acting different." he asks in worry.

"yes im fine, i just feel different today, like in my tummy."

"oh ok i was worried, how about you give me a whole day to think of a name for you?"

"ok that made me real happy ya know!" she almost shouted holding a peace sign to her eye and sticking her tongue out at him. "well if you felt different in your tummy, that must mean someones ready for breakfast." "yeah!"

after eating breakfast the two went outside to go to a secret place only the two of them knew about. it was a shed, way out were no one ever traveled because there were so many vicious stray dogs, or so they thought. "hey puppy!" she yelled as one of the dogs walked right up and licked her. they had visited this place since the dogs were young so the dogs accepted them and them only.  "hey doggy, guess what? jake is gonna give me a name! isn't that exciting?" as they played with the dogs jake had a horrible feeling in his stomach. "hey did you take your pill today?" he hesitantly asks her. then suddenly both of their faces go blank, then a horrific expression appears on both. even the girl knows the consequences. they both dart towards home, on the way he sees a peculiar sight, a single bush of roses sitting in a strand of stray light that managed to reach the dusty floor. then the guards. 

"halt!" "stop running!"they yelled.

jake turned and screamed, hoping that they would understand, "please she forgot the pill, please leave us alone!" 

but they didn't care they just kept chasing them, and then it happened. she fell, almost like a fleeting petal falling from the rest of the flower. they grabbed her, beat her then they got jake to and, by the time they were done, they looked as if fallen from a high cliff. but they still got up, and ran once the guards were gone just so she could live.

the two burst through the door and to the kitchen were the medicine was kept and she was able to take the pill in time. and he also now knew what he would name her.

"after all we have been through today, i think ive thought up a pretty interesting name for you."

"realy?!?! what is it what is it?"
