"no"

"its not right" "we have been working all of our lives in this place, like hogs! and the sickness we were all deathly scared of was... FAKE?!" jake was screaming and slurring his words, while holding the empty pill.

once he had calmed himself, he contemplated the situation. all jake knew was that he no longer had to buy pills, but how could he live with the guilt of not telling the people around him? if he did he would surely be killed by the guards.

his immediate thought was of the dumping next Saturday. the dumping is when three large trucks come one time every month, and dump all of the useless people. before they are dumped in the month of waiting, they are simply kept in a ward.

if jake could find at least two people his age and willing to help, he could find out more about this situation. sadly, space wasn't a problem right now.

he started to make a plan, a sorta, map. when he was in the ward, its an outside enclosure, like a prison. with only one entrance, then there was a dock for trucks, when they load people on.the ward was directly connected with the main building, where the mayor resides. this is in the center of the main city. when the trucks take the useless, they take the same route every time, jake remembered seeing them pass by every month when he was younger.

the best case was he could  find someone banned for treason, casually muscle bound, because they were trying to leave, they knew the city was corrupt.

he then realized, lots of people probably knew about the fraud pills, he just didnt catch on.

they would also need weapons, if this ended in them infiltrating the mayors building.

but guns are banned in the whole country, so melee is the best they could do.

he had lots more to figure out, but for now, he has to wait, for the dumping.
