a normal day

As jake walks to work he must keep his head down, they are all expected to. if an officer was to see them acting prideful or happy they would surely end it. they would harm even children to get their money so their families will survive. but even if his head was up all he would see was trash and the homeless. since this is were they throw people who dont matter, it doesn't have to be clean.

Finally he sees the ware house he works at. as he walks up he pulls some latex gloves from his pocket. they have to reuse them because the company doesn't have enough money to keep buying them. he opens the door to see his freind that lives by the ware house in a small make shift cabin made from scrap metal and other trash."hey hey hey!" she yelled at the top of her lungs. "guess what i snuck in again! hahaha! that man said i couldn't be here anymore but i dont care!" she jumps up and down as she talks, they dont want her here because she attracts guards, but shes not even realy there anymore. shes all alone shes the mayors daughter but since she was 'useless' right when she reached ten they threw he here and cut all ties.they didnt even give her a name in all that time so everyone just calls her girl. " hi girl, you better get out of here before mister stache comes he will kick ya' out" jake replied with a western tone. jake and a few other coworkers make bottles for the pills, they pay is so small you have to work 4 hours for one bottle of pills and the work day is two hours long because where the slums is positioned the huge city blocks almost all light and warmth and if you get a cold and cant go to work your going to die.

Once the work day was over jake invited girl over so she could have something to eat. "im so happy i get to go home with friend!" "yeah i know you like to eat a lot but we dont have much right now so you cant eat to much" jake said hesitantly, knowing what was coming next. "what!? why!?"

the girl threw herself on the ground and started screaming and all the guards looked.

"nothing to see here!" jake said as he tried to get his friend off the ground. "she doesn't mean it please dont mind her!"

"get that physco off the streets! freaking scum!" one of the larger guards yelled.

"yes sir right away!" jake said chipper even though he realy wanted to freak out.

but it was okay because they were almost home.
