the beginning of the truth

 After jake took rose home, he headed off to work. when he got there, he was informed of three new employees.

"hello jake, welcome back." his employer said, motioning in a way that he was distressed. "today we have three new employees sent from the mayor himself, their names are sarah, elizibeth, and abraham." as jakes employer stepped out of the way, jake saw three very professional looking teens, but the most suspicious thing about them is that they did not look to be physically or mentally handicapped. "hello there, welcome to the industry" jake said hesitantly. abraham stepped up,"hello, we are here because we were informed that this industry was short of employees."

"just the opposite actually" jake said with a sharp tone.

As jake looked over to his employer, he saw that his eyes were very wide, almost if he were scared. this told jake to step off.

All three of them just left the room after that, with no reasoning. afterwards jake went to the man and asked, "what was wrong with you, you seemed scared, and who are they?" 

"im sorry jake, but if i tell you that they may kill me, but one thing i can tell you is, they are not here to make Friends." and on that not he left.

"something here isn't right" jake thought to himself.

suddenly he heard faint talking from the room that abraham took the girls to, so he treid to listen in by putting his ear up to the door, "abraham you idiot! what were you thinking threatening the employer!" "it was the only way to get what we wanted, he had to do it sarah!" "no he didn't, at this point we are going to get caught!" "you two stop fighting, we are only here undercover for a week to deduct there salary! and we were sent by the mayor, so we cant get into trouble!"  "what are you thinking! he is a backstabbing lair! you cant trust the mayor dont you remember what he did to our parents just because they became senile!" "SHUT UP ELIZEBETH DONT BRING THEM INTO THIS!"  ... there was a long silence in the room before jake decided it was time to go. as he went to stand up he tripped and disturbed some rubble on the ground near him.

"did you hear that?"  "was somebody listening in!" as jake heard footsteps come closer to the door he hurried and jumped behind one of the conveyor belts and hid. the three stomped out. "elizibeth, you search the main hall, sarah search the storage rooms, ill go check outside." jake sat and waited for all of the foot steps to dissipate and then came out of hiding, and had a lot on his mind to think about.
