Chapter 16: The Prophecy

No Ones POV:
"There was once peace among this land. Where every wolf of every region had gotten along. But then came along an unknown power, possessing two wolfs. One of the wolves were from the Northern Region and the other from the South. The Northern wolf used their power to protect their land, but soon expanded it, by marrying an Eastern Alpha. But the South and Western only grew more and more power hungry, they fought the Northern and Eastern regions. That's what began the war. There were many losses, heart break and bloodshed. It was chaos. Until one day, both of the power alphas died in a massive battle between them. From their dead bodies emerged their powers souls, they spoke of great future. 'We may have been separated but we are now whole. One day a wolf of misfortune and misjudgment, will rise and lead a new generation of wolves. They will possess our now whole power. But heed this. We may be a mixture of evil vs good, but for the legendary wolf that has been chosen, only they will decide what leader to become.' After that the power soul disappeared into the smoke. Many wolves have forgotten this prophecy, but it will happen sooner or later." Scarlett said. Scar and Rose looked at her with shocked looks on their faces.
       "So you think that Scar is the wolf of the prophecy?" Rose asked. "Yes, I believe so. It could only explain how she was able to have incredible strength in order to kill that cougar." Scarlett said sincerely. Scar got up from the springs and shook herself dry. "And how come you remember this prophecy?" Scar asked with her head tilted a little. "Because I come from a long line of trainers and protects. We are trained to protect things of great power. I am here to train you, so you can be prepared for the upcoming war." Scarlett said and Scar nodded. Scar had always wondered what her purpose was in life, maybe this was it. After awhile Rose and Scarlett left Scars cave and headed back to their own little domains. On the way back Scarlett spoke, "You are a great friend to Scar aren't you?" "Yes. I am." Rose said with pride in her voice.  "Hm. I had been foretold." Scarlett said under her breath. Soon enough they went their separate ways. 'Here again I guess.' Rose thought as she entered her region. 'I miss her already.'
