Day 13
Lily's POV

I hated to admit it but... I was bored. Really bored. And it made me feel terrible, especially when I saw Tom's battered nose (which thankfully was healing exceptionally well), but I still wanted to go out and do something.

Do him more like.

Shut up Lily!

I couldn't even kiss him properly and it was killing me. So I decided to do something about it.

"Tom!" I smiled as winningly as I could at him. "Go... Buy some groceries. Or something. We need them."

He looked a little stunned if anything.

"Sorry. Um. What?" He said this, and I realised how blunt I had been. Whoops. Recovery needed! I quickly shielded my eyes with my hand.

"I have... Um... A really bad migraine. And I was wondering if you could... Maybe get the groceries for me... Because it hurts?" It sounded more like a question than I meant it to.

"Yeah. Sure. It's fine Lily." His eyes twinkled. He must have figured out that I wanted him out the house, and he promptly left.

I let out the breath I had been holding. With the aid of the internet, I got to work. I hope he likes it...

Tom's POV

I knew she was trying to get me out of the house, of course I did. But I hoped that it was for some good reason, so I stayed out as long as I could.

Although I got the groceries, I also went to see Harrison. He had found work, and was loving it more than anything. It did mean for me that I would lose my best friend on this journey, but Lily came along then.

She keeps me grounded, something normal and stable in my life. Damn, I missed her already! I couldn't spend any time away from her anymore. How could you fall for someone so easily?

"Hi mate!" Harrison appeared next to me, coffee in hand.

"Hey dude." I had spoken in my queen's accent rather than my native one. It was just a habit now, when I'm over here.

"How's it going? Anyone replaced me yet?" He teased.

I must've paused a little too long, because next thing I know he was staring intently at me.

"What's her name?" He eventually said. His face was still unreadable. Was he mad? Or happy for me?

"Lily." It came out before I meant it to.

His face broke into a smile. "I'm so happy for you! How long have you been dating? How old is she? Where did you meet her?" The questions continued.

"She's working with me on Spiderman 2. She's eighteen, and we met less than two weeks ago. I know I love her though Harrison. She's so perfect, but this is all a secret. You can't tell anyone!"

"Don't worry, my lips are sealed. I'm glad you're doing well, but be careful Tom. You know what happened last time you got attached too quickly..." With that quite menacing statement, he stood up.

"I have to go. See you!"

"Bye..." I sighed.

That was one thing I hadn't told Lily yet. And I certainly couldn't bring myself to tell her yet.

No. I can't do that to her.

Lily's POV

The door clicked to signify his return. I ran straight out the back door, and waited for him.

"Where are you darling?" I heard him shout from inside.

"Out back!" I stuck with the two simple words in case my voice betrayed my excitement.

There was movement in the door way, and his head poked around the door. His eyes grew wide and his jaw slacked.

Tom's POV

It was incredible.

Fairy lights were strung from wall to wall, glistening brightly off the surface of the water. Roses adorned the fences, almost dripping from the wood. My eyes travelled away from the outskirts as I caught sight of the petals on the floor.

In the center of the scene sat a small table, just big enough for two. A lily sat in a jar, and my Lily sat there too.

She looked utterly perfect. A plunging black dress glittered even more than the pool, and left little to the imagination. Her hair spiralled down her back in chocolate curls, makeup done in just the right way as to make those royal blue eyes pop.

"What do you think?"

Lily's POV

Tom being the well-dressed hottie he is didn't look out of place in the slightest. He had already been wearing a tight shirt and looked absolutely incredible even from that distance.

"It's... Wow Lil. It's incredible. What did I do to deserve you?" He sighed contentedly.

"How about," I slinked up to him slowly. "Being so perfect and sweet and kind all the time. Being the man I fell for. Being so hot that I want to kiss you all the time." I traced my hand up his chest. "Really damn hot."

I led him to the table. Even with heels, I was still not quite taller than him. He sat, still staring at me mesmerised.

I brought out food, something which I had laboured over for hours. It looked even better than I had hoped, and even Tom's eyes flickered away from me momentarily.

We ate. We talked. We laughed. It was better than my wildest dreams. Heaven? I was in it. He looked at me with something in his eyes that made all my troubles disappear. He loved me, and that was all I would ever need.

Tom's POV

She was so beautiful. I could look at her all day, and I wanted her more than anything else. No-one else would've done this for me. Lily Carson.

Lily Holland.

Wow, where did that come from? I loved her so much, no-one could really understand this. But what was I thinking?

She stood up to do something and I decided that I needed her. Now.

My lips crashed into hers before I knew it, built up longing finally released.

And then the sound of a camera came from behind us.
