Chapter 4

Nadia's POV

"Wait there's more." I said.

"What?" Hunter asked.

"Hunter don't go over there. It will only make it harder on her." I said.

"What will make it hard? There is something you aren't telling me." He said.

"She is in love with you Hunter." I said.

"What?" He asked sitting back down.

"She has had feelings for you for a year now." I said.

"Why didn't she tell me? I'm suppose to propose to my girlfriend tomorrow." He said.

"That is why I am begging you. Please don't go down there. Leave her be. Let her get over you." I said.

"I can't believe this." He said.

"Look we are graduating next week. Here is a ticket to the ceremony. Dom't be noticed but just go." I said handing him a ticket.

"Thank you." He said.

"You're welcome." I said leading him out.

A week later

Hunter's POV

I had already proposed to Libby. She said yes. Today I was going to see Emmalynn graduate college. I sat in the back row as they walked in.

"We would like to thank you all for coming out to support the Graduates of 2017." The Dean said.

I watched as they called all the students. When the got to the L's I sat up.

"Business Graduate Emmalynn Lynette La'Salle." The Dean said.

I watched her walk up on stage and grab her diploma. After she got back to her seat. I got up and walked out. I sat out in my car. I was so proud of her. I wanted nothing more than to hug her. She worked so hard for this and I knew she was going to do great things.  I signed and started my car. I drove home and Libby and her friends were there.

"Hey Hunter." She said.

"Yeah?" I asked.

"Do you want to invite EmmaLynn?" She asked.

"Uh sure." I said.

"Where do I send it?" She asked.

"Just send it to my moms. She will give it to her." I said.

"Okay." She said going back to what she was doing.
