The Life I Never Knew

Chapter 10

"Again!"

And so I did. But still, nothing.

"Ugh! This is so frustrating! How will I ever know what kind power I have, if I can't even unlock it out of me?" I yelled out.

"You will get it out of you. All you need is more practice." Sorrina said calmly.

"Sorrina we've been at this for a week and a half and still nothing!" I sighed throwing my hands up in the air.

"Maybe if you calm down and relax a little, you just might unlock it. I think the problem is, is that you are too anxious about this whole thing." Sorrina said more to herself then to me.

"I don't know, maybe. I mean, I do feel stressed out about the whole thing." I said taking a deep breath. "I think I'm going to go relax at home an-", "Actually I have a better idea!" I turned my head to see Nora walking up to me.

"Hm? What do you have in mind?" I asked her. She looks over at Sorrina and they share a nod.

Crap I'm scared!

"Okay be very honest. How do you feel?" Asked Nora.

"Sleepy." I said with a yawn.

"Good. Just let your body go and relax." said Sorrina.

These girls took me to the spa! And I must say, for the first time in forever, (literally since I've never been to one), this feels like heaven. I don't think I ever want to leave.

I can picture him pouting. So cute!

But I don't want too leave yet. It feels so damn amazing.

Haha! I know my love but I miss you. You've been so busy that I haven't had any time with you.

Oh shit! He's right. I miss my mate!

Relax mate there's no reason to panic. When you get home I'd like to take you out to dinner?

Are you asking me out on a date? I tease him.

Uh um...... yes. Yes I am!

I giggled, Your too cute you know. And yes, I would love to go out with you tonight. I could use some time away from all the stress.

YES! Uh, I mean, I'll see you soon Leela. I love you.

Haha! I'll see you later Logan. I love you too.

After talking with Logan, I actually feel a lot better. I can't wait till our date tonight.

"Then think of this as your makeover for tonight." I look over at Sorrina to see a smirk on her face.

How the hell did she know what I was thinking?

"I can read minds remember." she said, reading my mind again.

"Wait! What's happening tonight?" Asked Nora, taking the cucumbers off her eyes. I still don't see what the big deal is for those on your face. They never work.

"Oh, I have a date with Logan." I said with a smile. Then it fades away when I see her eyes ready to pop out.

"What time is your date?" she asked.

"Um, we never actually set a time. He just said when I get home we will go." I said to her. She looked at her phone for the time and it said 3:40pm.

"Okay so we should be done here by 4, then we go to the mall and find a dress for you, and the-" "HOLD UP!" I interrupted, "There is no way I'm wearing a dress!"
