I saw MinKyu two days later during lunch. He walked up to me while we were outside. A flock of screaming girls followed close behind him with their phones out. I was amazed how he could completely ignore them.

"Hey."

"Hi."

"I... uh... I'm sorry you had to see that, in the office I mean."

"It's okay." I said.

MinKyu nodded swiftly. I noticed the bandage on his right cheek.

"Did it leave a mark?"

He reached up and touched the bandage as if he forgot it was even there. "oh, yeah. It's not that bad."

I decided to shift the subject. "It was pretty boring after you left, y'know."

His smile brightened a little and he sat next to me.

"Can I ask you a question?"

"Sure."

"Are we friends?"

"Yeah, why?"

He smiled wider, his eyes turning into small slits.

A few of the girls in the crowd seemed angry at this. "lucky..." some of them whispered.

One of them stepped forward. "Y-You can't be friends with him Park MinKyu!"

MinKyu snapped his head in the girl's direction, making her flinch. "Why not" he said, sounding a bit annoyed.

"B-Because, he's gay!" another girl yelled.

Busted...

I froze as MinKyu slowly looked over at me and back at the crowd of crazed fans.

I felt my heart about about to burst. Oh please god kill me now...

"So?"

A few of the girls gasped.

I looked over at MinKyu's face. It was stern and serious all of a sudden. His glare was enough to kill somebody. Some of the girls were even trembling. "I don't like people who think badly of others because of who they are. Has Jason told you he was gay? How do you even know for sure? You shouldn't believe rumors." His tone was cold. "Or are you just jealous because me and Jason are friends."

The girl started crying and scattered away from the crowd. The rest death glared me before leaving.

"Thanks... but don't you think that was a little harsh?"

MinKyu looked over at me. His face warmer now. "Don't worry about it. They were being sour."

I nodded. "okay."

"I... noticed you always sit here... under the tree."

He does?  " You do?"

"Yeah, I kinda always wanted to eat up here." He said, lying down in the grass.

"Oh... well in that case, I'll leave." I was used to Brad pushing me around.

I looked at his face, he seemed to be a little disappointed as I started to stand up.

"I meant I wanted to eat up here with you. You always looked so peaceful and free when you're up here. I was getting tired of having to eat inside with all the girls swarming me. I used to see you through the window."

I was so surprised by what he said I just kinda stood there like an idiot.

He grabbed my hand and pulled me back down to where I was sitting before.

"Do you mind if i sleep for a bit? I don't usually get a moment of silence like this."

"o-okay"

"Wake me up when the bell rings, kay?" He said sweetly while lying his head on lap.

"yeah, okay."

His head was facing mine and I could see all his features clearly. He was quite pretty in my opinion. I moved his bangs out of his face, exposing his forehead and thick eyebrows.

"pretty..." I whispered.

"Thanks..." he muttered.

I jumped not realizing he was still awake. "Y-you're welcome..."

He was out a few minutes later.
